The worst experience ever the employees are just standing there doing nothing while all the customers are waiting for their food and they have all the pizza sitting there getting cold. The worst I have ever seen they need new management. After waiting an hour for my order I received all my food cold since all they can say your order is in progress

Our order was more than an hour late after the original 50 minute wait. I had to talk to the cou ter guy several times to get him to put the order together.One pizza was undercooked, and 2 of the orders of cheese bread were very undercooked.This is the 12th time I've had problems with this location, so not going back.

Places was so unorganized dude up front had a headphone on ,and was not feeling the job at all. I placed my order online at 3:45 PM and just now got it almost an hour later. I get being understaffed ,but unorganized like that is crazy.

I ordered online and my pick up time was 7:59, i get there at 7:50 pay for my order and wait, by 8:30 i asked if it was almost ready and they said they haven’t started it yet and it’s gonna be 45min to and hour, I asked for a refund and the receipt says voided and then i asked the guy in charge if it was refunded or just voided he says “refunded, what u think” so today i call corporate and they say it shows no refund. worst place ever!

We got 2 cheese pizzas yesterday and they were an hour and a half late. The cashier was rude to my brother. They don't use pizza portals or warn people of wait times. They also don't update online trackers. When we got our pizzas they were cold. I miss the Naperville locations, this one sucked.

Takes forever to get your food, even if you order online. Got crazy bread that had no seasoning, paper thin pizza, and had to cancel the puffs I ordered because they weren't there. The main cashier was giving random people's items out and wasn't focused at all.
I love the food but they are way understaffed. I thought last time was bad because it was 20 min late, but this time around, my order was an hour and 20 minutes late. I wasn't the only one waiting for a long time, there were about 10 other people.They also aren't using the drawers, so all the pizzas are stacked on top of each other on hot plates and the counter tops. Most of my food was cool by the time I got it.
I ordered in person only the pepperoni pizza puffs and had to wait 30 minutes (probably more if I hadn’t asked). As someone who also works fast food it's understandable things happen but the girl up front seemed to be lost and just obliviously handing out orders with no way of keeping track. Seems like there’s issues with organization and wouldn’t recommend anyone who wants a quick bite to eat from here because you’ll be waiting for longer than expected. Obviously wasn’t expecting life changing pizza puffs for the $4 I paid but I also wasn’t expecting to wait as if I had a 5 course meal coming my way.
