This location is carryout and delivery only. I ordered my pizza online and picked it up on my drive back to St Louis. The pizza was hot and delicious. Everything was how I asked ie uncut and light on the sauce. Their pizza dough, mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce do not contain any alcohol. Lou Malnati's mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and romano cheese are all made with a vegetable rennet, not an animal rennet. If you're in the Chicagoland area, check them out.

I was there to purchase 2 frozen pizzas before my 5 hour drive home. I was in the restaurant less than 2 minutes. Everything went smoothly and quickly, the young lady that rang me up was very nice.

This is our go to deep dish in Bolingbrook. They always have consistently high-quality deep dish also is nice their rewards program so that you get a free pizza every so often. This is a takeout only location, so there is no ambience to report on.

The manager, Gil Aguilar, helped us through a very frustrating experience with door dash. He went above and beyond in multiple ways to make up for an error of Doordash’s. He is a true professional and you can tell he really takes what he does seriously and care for his customers. And of course.. I love Lou Malnati’s pizza. I recommend the deep dish Lou!

I have had this pizza at other locations and was always good, my first time trying Bolingbrook location got a thin crust pepperoni, the crust had a weird stale freezer burn taste , don’t want to make assumptions but I hope it’s not pre frozen and not made fresh so you guys can save time !!! Very disappointed with the taste and quality ,

I used to love getting pizza from here but recently it's been terrible today I ordered a medium classic Chicago I got it home the crust was all burned the tomatoes on top of the pizza were burned and they told me it would be ready at 5:25 they didn't give it to me until 6:45..very bad..new owners?

Pizza-pizza-pizza!!! Chicago style Deep Dish is one of this establishment’s strengths!!!! Ordinarily I prefer thin crust, extra well done pizza. I was with my family getting ready to do a pick up of multiple pies to feed 15 of us dinner.My niece had ordered a variety of toppings on 3 Extra Large Traditional Hand Tossed Pizzas and 2 Large Deep Dish. She had also ordered a beautiful family size garden salad, bruschetta and some thinly sliced baguette.Everything was so delicious ? !!! I chose a big slice of one of the Deep Dish Pizzas-it was topped very simply with sweet cooked Marzano tomatoes and some sweet onion. It was honestly one of the best slices I’ve ever had.The salad was perfectly dressed with an Italian vinaigrette, nice and fresh -also delicious!!!!Other family members were enjoying slices of the differently topped pizzas. There were no negative comments, everyone enjoyed the meal!!!When we return to Chicago, we will definitely be going to one of the brick and mortar locations to eat.We strongly encourage you to give it a try !!!!

After tonight I will never order from here again! Asked for extra done, (5 whole minutes)that wasn't right! Asked for no roma tomatoes, that didn't happen! They were all over the pizza! Probably the worst pizza from there I have ever had. Will not be back!!!
