Terrible service. My kids and I walked in and we were planning on getting 3 Mod Pizzas and drinks, but they didn't acknowledge us or take our orders. The place was empty, there were no other customers there, but one of the employees was working very slowly on an online order while the other one was doing minimal cleaning. Both of the employees went into the back kitchen behind the pizza oven to get stuff while my kids and I were standing there wondering when we'll be served. When the employees came back, one refilled a bunch of condiment cups and lids into a container at the counter and went back to slowly putting together the online order she was working on. The other girl came back and was not really doing anything other than wiping down surfaces. Neither acknowledged us and we were still standing there waiting for them to take our order. Finally I had it and my kids and I left, and on my way out I told them that it was ridiculous and they shouldve set the online orders aside and help the customers that were already physically in the store. My kids and I ended up going across the street to Jersey Mike's where I spent $50 there instead. The owner of this location needs to replace these 2 workers before this location goes under.

MOD has found the perfect balance between speed and quality. I love the entire setup of this restaurant. All of the employees are young, yet still courteous and do their jobs well. I come here more frequently than I should. But the thin crust is done to perfection.

This location has gone way down hill.First there were the health code violations. The girl was cleaning the counter and didn't wash her hands between cleaning and making pizza. She put on gloves, so I decided to let it go. She also had incredibly long hair that was not tied back. I also didn't say anything about that. She then itched her nose and eye with her gloved hand with her finger going slightly up her nose. It wasn't picking, just itching, but still gross. She touched my pizza with the finger that had just been in her nose and eye. I did say something. I politely pointed out that she unknowingly itched her face and asked her to change her gloves before continuing and to get me a different crust. She removed a glove, but not the glove that had just been in her nose. I again asked for a new crust and tried to explain. She became offended and argumentative. I was polite, but I have standards. She finally changed both gloves and another gentleman made my pizza. She made my kids. She also put the two contaminated crusts back into inventory instead of throwing them out, so someone got them today. Hopefully they don't get sick. That is 3 health code violations.Next I'll discuss attitude. This is the first MOD I have been in where I feel not only unwelcome, but also like a burden to the staff. Though they were not at all busy and have ahortened hours, they still were clearly not happy to be there and instead of saying hello or being welcoming as MOD traditionally is, they looked at me with dread as soon as I entered. As a disabled person who frequently is scowled at, I always liked MOD's accepting environment, this wasn't the case today. I don't know if it was my disability that made them feel akward or rhe presence of another human being in the restaurant that annoyed them. The employee who wiped her nose also was more interested in creating a mixed beverage for herself than providing a positive customer experience. No matter where I was, she made me feel like she was more important and I don't belong there.Finally the food. My pizza had very limited toppings. I kept asking for extra because I got 1-3 toppings per slice total. My kids toppings on the other hand were overflowing. He got an inch of toppings on his pizza. He enjoyed his pizza, but mine was dry and missed the mark.I know many people think it is acceptable to treat customers that "complain" poorly, but not wanting bugers on my pizza is a reasonable request. Though I will still visit MOD in the future, I won't go back to this location. They have other locations that are not far from this one and I recommend choosing one of those.

MOD has excellent thin crust personal pizzas. It's $10 for an 11" pizza and you can customize the daylights out of it: 7 different meats, 5 sauces, more than a dozen veggies & other toppings, plus finishing touches (ranch, sriracha). I recommend the build-your-own w/spicy calabrian chili, pepperoni, jalapenos, roasted red peppers, black olives, and a drizzle of hot honey! Staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is bright & fun, and they even have beer. Definitely give MOD a try sometime!

The two people waiting on me were helpful and friendly. The choices were great. The pizza was great. Their dough is terrific. Seating isn't very comfortable or nice, very "modern". Outdoor seating is available.

This is twice now that they left my pizza just sitting on the counter getting cold for over 10 minutes. Why can't you just give it to us immediately out of the oven. It would 10 seconds. But no it sits in an open box for 10 minutes.
