Food was good, but the menu on the website needs to be updated. We came early for the happy hour special that was posted on the website. The server did not honor the prices and said that the website has been wrong since before Covid. It's been almost 2 years since Covid started, so maybe it's time to update the website?

Doors opened at 4pm, I called at 4:15 to reserve a table as recommended on their site. Phone rang with no answer. Mind you, I called continuously for 30 mins. FINALLY, I get someone on the phone at 4:55. Made my reservation for 7:30. To my surprise, we show up on time for our reservation, and we're seated.... BY THE RESTROOM. AWAY from the stage and the entertainment. Timing of the food was horrible and the taste was a different story. Sushi, was the worst sushi I've EVER had, I've had sushi from Oklahoma (land locked with frozen fish bought from Walmart) and Oklahoma's sushi was better. How can you mess up rice? Even the rice didn't taste right. Pancit? What pancit? More like lo mein. Spicy Korean wings? More like Wings with no flavor and no spice at all, it wasn't even mild. In fact, it was sweet. The filet mignon came out last, was subpar. It was advertised "smothered on sautéed enoki & shiitake mushrooms for a rich and earthy blend", the Steak came out unsmothered. Our bill was a variety of items from the menu, only to be left with unsatisfied appetites. Well over $150 and our table of 7 will not come back. No deserts on the menu either. The advertisements for their live bands weren't even correct. I came for saxophone (scheduled for 6-9) and.... No saxophone. Our server was great. But that's it. Definitely not coming back. Asian kitchen, with no Asian taste.

Went to this location because they were having live jazz on Saturday night. When we got there it was busy but that is to be expected however, it took at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged and then we were seated right by the door. We asked if we could change our seats and we were put towards the back and by the window and it was at least 20 minutes before someone came to even take our order. Once the order was taken and my appetizer was brought to the table oh, there were no napkins given and she just walked off. My fiance flagged down the manager and told him what was happening, he was somewhat apologetic and then brought us a shot of sake. He stated he sorry he is short-staffed and that he has to go back there and wash dishes but when we looked up he was sitting at the bar socializing. The jazz player was excellent and really engaged the crowd. We would go and watch him anywhere. However, I do not think we will be back at this restaurant.

Had a wonderful time here. Food was delicious. But they need more staff. Manager had to jump in and help out. The live music was fantastic! Great for date night.

Food not worth the price (small plates, nothing enjoyable except the Korean wings and fried rice). Understaffed (not the workers fault, probably a result of the pandemic). were 1/3 families at the restaurant on a Sunday, not busy at all and we spent an extra hour there due to mistakes. Steak that was ordered from the menu said it would come with a salad and when we were brought the steak, we were told it doesn’t come with the salad. Charges were mixed up at the end of dinner. Overall not good experience. Good music though. Definitely was better two years ago.

I had a great time at Mora Asian Kitchen last night! The food was amazing at a great price. So was the entertainment!!! It has the best mix of Asian and American food you will find anywhere. The atmosphere and layout is also very nice. I will definitely be going back. But the next time I'm going to bring some friends so they can experience it.....

Attended a surprise party there. Food was outstanding. Service is suffering slightly due to staff shortages caused by the unnecessary political covid restrictions, something that way too many restaurants have suffered unless protected by local politicians who defied our Big Brother governor.

I wish I could give this visit less than 1 star. It didn't start off well when we walked up at 4:20 and the door was still locked for a 4:00pm opening, but we decided to give it a shot anyways when the employee unlocked the door for us. We sat there for 2-3 minutes, then someone brought us waters - we assumed it was a host as she didn't ask for our drink order. 4-5 minutes later, the same person came back, introduced herself as our waitress and took our drink order. Literally the only people in the restaurant, and it was almost 10 minutes for drinks. Whatever, we got our drinks - now on to happy hour!! But wait, just kidding. It says there's a happy hour online, but the waitress says it isn't and the website "doesn't have any correct information at all". The waitress clearly did not want to be working today, had zero interest in waiting on us, nobody working had a clue what was going on and even after showing them the website, they did not honor what was advertised as being available. All of this was made even worse by the music playing with lyrics containing b*****, f*** and n*****. Will not be coming back with so many other options in the Promenade.

Change your posted hours on your website, Google Listings, menu, etc if you don’t plan on being open during those hours to save your potential customers the hassle of making a trip for no reason. Arrived at 7:45pm tonight and the doors were already locked despite a 9pm close time listed everywhere. There were a few people, likely employees drinking at the bar, but nobody came to the door. This would have been my first time eating here. Perhaps I’ll try back in the future.

I love this place. We went on Saturday for sushi and Chef Jose did not disappoint! His fried spicy tofu roll was our favorite. Great ambiance! Our server Nadjia was the absolute best!!! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Such a great afternoon.

Samantha , and Brook were very professional and very knowledgeable about the menu and their recommendations were perfect !Your sushi chef Jose is top notch!
