Ordered online and got a pickup time. Arrived a few minutes early to ensure pizza wouldn't be sitting getting cold. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. So clearly pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. After 25 minutes was told it would be another 12 minutes - so pizza still wasn't in the oven an hour and a half after I ordered it. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have cancelled. Finally, after another 17 minutes I was able to pick up the pizza. There were several other customers waiting, who similarly were more than 30 minutes past their pickup time. There was no apology, no explanation, no thank-you for your patience. No respect at all for the customers' time. Pizza shops are everywhere, and poorly managed businesses go down all the time. If this continues the new owners won't be there long.

People who have food allergies or restrictions BEWARE!!!We don’t eat PORK: every single menu item has tons and tons of bacon!! Even a ceasar salad. It’s nowhere on the menu if you go through the app and read the blurb. You have to click on the ‘customize’ to see there’s bacon in the chicken pizza and salad and pretty much every item. We wasted all the food from a large order that we had been looking forward to. I called to tell them, they could care less.

Whenever I order pizza from Nancy’s the pick up time is when I receive my pizza! It is still hot and the toppings taste delicious. I usually order the thin crust pizza with sausage, bacon, and mushrooms. If you want thin crust pizza this is the place.

In my opinion, there is only one true inventor of the stuffed pizza and it was then, is now and always will be Nancy's. I remember going to one of the original large restaurants off of a 103rd and Cicero as a young boy, and having a stuffed pizza from the Bolingbrook location was like a walk down memory lane. They have redesigned the front of their store, had my order ready on time and we're very friendly.Each bite of my stuffed pizza was pure nostalgia. Lots of fresh, gooey mozzarella, a sweet, yet tangy sauce and great crust. Stuffed pizza for me is not a regular thing. It is a treat. So when I get it, I want it to be perfect. Nancy's was.Highly recommend.
