When I got home with my carry out order notice items were missing Called multiple times no one answered Left my family eating with the items that were there.When I got back to panda, explain to the the situation. The person behind the counter was acting like I was trying to get free food. Very rude. I will never be going back to that establishment

Ordered a plate with double orange chicken and rice. The rice was stale the chicken was undercooked. It was disgusting, one bite and I tossed the entire plate into the garbage 13.53$ down the drain. If I get sick this is place is the reason why. Will never come here again

They had a wide choice of entrees, but seemed what I wanted they were out of or item was too spicy - with a chili pepper icon. I asked woman for a taste of the Orange Chicken & it was not spicy. So I had fried rice- which wasn't that great-was white rice with a few tiny chopped up veggies - not really fried. And I had a small amount of 2 entrees- the Orange Chicken and Chicken with mushrooms. also had an order of Crab Rangoon and pop to drink. I rarely add salt to food, but the rice was very bland. I got a little packet of soy sauce from the lady. Only needed a tiny bit and rice became brownish and looked and tasted more like it should have. Actually even tho I asked the lady for a little of each, she gave me more, which I took home & will enjoy later. Total price was $14.85, which I found reasonable.
15 minute wait for one entree. Out of orange chicken. Talk about not being prepared and not knowing how to run the kitchen. Ridiculous. I left to another restaurant that is ready for customers.
Would have been nice to know that certain entrees cost a premium before I had ordered them. When the menu board says "Big Plate-$11.99; includes 3 entrees," that should have prompted the server to inform me that it was going to cost extra when ordering something that wasn't included in the price.

I hate experiencing their awful customer service skills, It almost feels deliberate. What’s the point of ordering online if I have to wait behind a line of customers waiting to place their order? They almost always have my plate finished and it comes to me cold because I have to wait for everyone else to order first. And then once I’m finished waiting, the staff loves to act as if I’m not standing there.. this has happened multiple times.. is your staff racist or something? I genuinely feel uncomfortable everytime I walk into this establishment. Food was cold and not worth it

First time I tried this place was the chicken teriyaki which was undercooked. I thought to try it again. When I pick up my order egg rolls were burned and my Beijing beef that was old I was laughed at when I asked for a fresh order of food.

Food was good, however you need to check your order if coming through drive thru. They were missing my sauce for both of my entrees and when I went, I told the manager, didn’t even offer an apology and only handed me one sauce for 2 meals. He looked like he didn’t want to be there and this is probably why the other employees looked the same way. The manager needs to lead by example

I tried their new shrimp dish... and unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. They raised prices and they really haven't done much with the small portions you get.Some of the food was decent, however I recommend always using a coupon to save money.

Don't leave without checking your order!! They're terribly Inconsistent. Sometimes the entree is packed with meat, most times there's almost none. I even specifically ASKED THEM THIS TIME "can you please make sure there's a serving of beef in the beef and broccoli bowl because last few times there's been literally two pieces". She apologized and said she'd make sure. I should've opened it right in front of her, because sure enough EVEN AFTER ASKING shorted again! A grown man supposed to eat barely two fork fulls of meat for lunch??!! He's chronically ill and it's imperitive that he have ample protein. People eat to live folks, get it together! And for $8.00 for a bowl? Now I have to cook more protein for him on top of the time and money I just spent. Thanks a lot Panda.
