So I walked in at 9:55 a.m., and only one spinach artichoke souffle was left. Whew, I'd made it, or so I thought. This couple in front of me took their sweet time ordering everything got darn thing on the menu, it seemed. Thankfully, they didn't order the one thing I wanted. I get up to order, placed my order, and proceeded to pay. All of a sudden, another employee cones up, grabs my Souffle, the last one, and claims someone on line ordered it.Why is a faceless person on line more important than the customer standing right in front of you? Both employees stand there looking at me with a too-bad-so-sad, sorry-not-sorry expression, and not one of them offers me something else for the breakdown in service. I ask them if they can heat up more. They just say "NO they're out!" I expect better from Panera. This would not happen at Starbucks! DO better!

The bakery staff can be rude for no reason. One asked if we wanted out bagels sliced/toasted and I said yes. He rolled his eyes as if I was supposed to already have the details indicated prior. If so, I apologize. I didn’t see the options for any of that on the Kiosk systems. He acted like I offended him.
Had the Spicy Chicken Take. $13 sandwich…was awful. Chicken was very dry and rubbery. Not spicy at all. Pickle chips were pathetic. Had maybe six of them and they were the size of a dime. Never again.

I have ordered this sandwich a lot over the years. I was very disappointed to find they made the sandwich with the ends of the bread loaf. Once you get it home you know you’re going to eat it rather than return it. I guess quality control is going down hill. The problem is that this is supposed to be the highest quality. It’s not! Too bad. Time to find another sandwich place.
