This is the only Popeyes in Bolingbrook- that's all it has going for it. I have received wrong orders & I've also had orders with exceptionally long wait times. Today I placed a mobile order, when I got to the window they had no clue my order existed & told me to pull around. This has happened to me several times before so I told the worker this has happened in the past & they always take forever. He said it'll be 3 minutes. Waited in the car for 5 or 10 minutes & then went inside to wait to hopefully get them to prioritize my order. AFTER waiting an additional 5+ minutes waiting in the restaurant I go ask about my order- when I tell him the order number a different worker starts making it. My order hadn't even been started or thought of- others came in while i was waiting, placed, and received their order!After I receive my completed order I ask to speak to the manager - the worker "Bobby" says he's the lead. I explain how I've been told to pull around several times with mobile orders- to have to chase my food down from them or wait an extremely long time. He says very smugly "probably due to poor management". I tell him yes, exactly, I'm expressing it to him so they can find a solution. He pretty much again responds "it's probably poor management" & basically his tone is saying he doesn't care & why do I keep coming back if it's so bad. So rude & clearly doesn't care about the job. I ask the name of the manager, he says the name and points to the door. At that point I wanted to return the food to get my money but I already knew they wouldn't be capable- his response is "we don't refund mobile orders". So Bobby thinks his team should be able to waste my time, take my money b/c they don't refund mobile order, & be nasty & rude? InterestingI called the restaurant hoping to leave a message for someone in actual leadership and Bobby answered. I asked to be put through to voicemail - he said they don't have voicemail. How convenient.

It's too risky for your health to eat from that place. The Kitchen workers do not wear gloves when touching your food. They barely speak English. Most likely have unclear understanding of the food born bacterias and norm of sanitary in the kitchen.

I went there to try the new wings, I ordered garlic Parmesan wings, to find out they took old buffalo wings, breaded them, refried them and put garlic Parmesan sauce on them, extremely disappointed and absolutely disgusting... Photo attached.

Today 1.25 has been the worst service i received yet. I placed order online and its not ready. Been sitting in parking lot with 6 other cars and we going onto 30 minutes. Possibly last time i come and eat at this establishment. I noticed people walking in were getting serviced quicker then drive thru.

The food is consistent to other Popeyes locations I visited. I used the online app to order my food to avoid the lines. My food was made promptly, and the order was correct, which I appreciated.

I haven’t had Popeyes in years, but I wanted to try the wings. And I was disappointed. The potential was there, but the lack of sauce made the wings lack luster. I also ordered extra sauces in case that happened, but none were included in my bag. I was also missing biscuits in my order. So the tastes was great, service left something to be desired.So the lesson here is to either double and triple check your bags, or eat in the restaurant.

Just found 2 pieces of hair in my food (potentially purposefully placed). Lady taking orders ,may be the manager, always has an attitude and doesn’t know how to take orders properly. Today will be my last day returning to this Popeyes location!

Ordered the blackened chicken tenders and they were made fresh while I waited. I was asked to park in the lot after ordering and paying. Within a few minutes my order was delivered to my car. The chicken was hot and very tasty. The tender size was on the larger end.

I was ordering on the drive thru a offer that I had in my phone. The person taking our order ask me about the order and I explained it to him and he acknowledged the order. All off the sudden a women tells us that they don’t understand and to show her the phone. So we waited the three cars in front of us. We get to talk to her and explain the offer on our phone and she’s like I need a code, I’m like ok thank you for your help. So I left with nothing. The employee there could had make it happen for me if she wanted to help me.

The pieces of chicken were very small. One of the wing’s wasn’t a whole wing. It is disgusting to take people’s money and not give them what they pay for. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. I don’t recommend any thing.
