Portillo's is Portillo's.I went through the drive-thru.Service was fine. The wait was oddly long this visit.I only order salads when I go there and even cars behind me got their food before me.I ordered the Spicy Chopped Salad. It wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. Definitely get the giardinara on the side if you get this. Because the giardinara in the salad makes it incredibly oily and ultimately defeats the purpose of ordering a salad.I will never stop going to Portillo's. But, this visit wasn't that great.

Portillo’s used to be one of our favorite food spots in the area, but unfortunately the quality has gone way down over the past few years. The only time I’ve seen a restaurant go downhill this fast is when it gets bought by a new owner and starts to put profits over people.

Great food. Mediocre service. The talk box is just about out of service or the guy working it was could hardly hear what he was saying. They also don’t take cash.
I went there for a maxwell polish and was highly disappointed when I received a smoked sausage instead, not sure if it was a mistake or just plain false advertising or maybe they don't know what a polish sausage from Chicago really is, either way I'm recommending everyone to avoid not the business because they do have the best itiallian beef and sausage bu far, but avoid the polish sausage, to avoid Abigail disappointment
