This place was suggested and was given great reviews. Later I found it had been a little while since they had been there. The food isn't great and the board that has to special's you would think should have the prices but it doesn't. I won't be going back. Food not very good prices to high.

I had a taste for a Gryos SandwichStop at " Prenos", in Bolingbrook Illinois very disappointed the Gryros meat was Salted and DRY, French Fries tasted very old , I don't eat Gryros that often but never will I Eat there again , had to throw everything in the Trash, I Paided$12.99 for the meal, my Loss there Gain.CristellCristell

Pleasantly surprised. Haven't been here in a while, but the person who took our order was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean inside. Generous portion sizes, they are very large. Gyros had a lot of meat, triple cheeseburger highly recommended by my teenager, eating two of them with his teenage appetite! Will be returning here.

Oh no! The worse gyro I’ve ever had. I normally just don’t leave a review if the experience was out right terrible. But THIS was not it. The meat taste dried out and old, overly full of thick onions and the gyro sauce was milky..NO! Don’t waste your appetite or money.

I really enjoyed the food I had at this fast food restaurant. I ordered their specials, particularly the Italian beef, which comes with a fry and a drink. The Italian beef was good; it had a nice portion and it was served warm when it was served. It tastes wonderful. The fries, on the other hand, had a generous portion. There were a really lot of fries, and they were also hot, crispy, and salty. I definitely enjoy the food here. However, something is really off here. Their menu for their specials does not have the prices in it. Since it is just a small fast food spot, I expected that the prices would be average, and I also did not bother to ask the staff, but the staff was nice and friendly. In the end, I was surprised to see the prices of the food, which were way higher than I expected. Their food is really great and everything is delicious. However, their prices are really high, and they should also put it on their menu so customers like me would know. I am also curious about the other foods on their menu, so there is a possibility for me to go back, and I just really hope the next time it will be something really better.

I have gone here for many years. If today had been the first time it would have been the last. I wanted a rib eye steak sandwich. They were out of rib eye (11:45!). I settled for a patty melt. The restaurant was absolutely freezing. Although I was the only person there it took over 10 minutes to get the sandwich. It was overcooked and dry. Very little cheese. Very few onions. It was barely grilled on one side. I'm not sure I'll be returning.
Hands down the best Gyro's in the area. Nice big portions, reasonably priced, seasoned well, great customer service. New to the state and area and found this place nearby my subdivision. It does not disappoint. FYI, closed on Sunday and Monday. I've been back countless times since my 1st experience. Whenever I want gyros it's Prenos for me. Strongly recommend!

Gyro Sandwich well done, everything with extra tomato.... The meat was cold and not extra cooked to well done, as you can see the tomatoes were burger slices thrown on the sandwich, also a pile of onion a toop. The fries were extra salty to what would have been great fries and even the cheese sauce was salty. I'm not sure what happened as They used to have Great Gyros!! I am definitely disappointed and I guess I'm finished with Prenos

Ordered a cheese dog and fries today that's it!! Waited 20 minutes for my food,opened my food back at work to find chili on my hotdog....a cheese dog....in case you didnt know,is a hotdog with cheese.. that's it!!!! Why is there chili on this??? Horrible,,,service is horrible,,dirty ,slow,disgusting place I wouldn't let my dog eat here!!!!!!!!!!!

Gyro was wrapped in paper with no cardboard / aluminum foil in sight yet i found both cardboard & foil in my gyro while taking a bite. That’s a no from me!
