We were helped by Laura on New Year’s Day. If I could give her a 10 out of 5 I would. She was beyond kind. Had such a happy vibe and wanted me to taste my cinnamon dolce latte to make sure I was happy with it before I took off. People like her are to be emulated.

Walked into the building and stood in line (by myself) for 5 minutes and was never greeted or served. The employees just acted like I was invisible. I tried to be patient but just got fed up and walked out. Dont give this place your business.

The reason why I gave a 1 start is because that’s the lowest I can give. The customer service is horrible. They’re extremely rude and impatient, and will get your drink wrong. This has happened to me multiple times!

Everyone here is very friendly but whether I order through Uber Eats or we go pick up, our caramel macchiatos never taste right. It's like they're not adding any vanilla or caramel. I go to other locations and they taste significantly better. I like to order the pink drink too and I've had issues with that as well. It's supposed to be a creamy drink and half the time it's like they didn't use enough coconut milk or didn't mix it correctly. There have also been times where I've had it delivered and there was so much ice in the cup I only got four sips out of my venti drink. The cappucinos suffer from the same issue; I should be able to get more than 3-4 sips out of a venti cappucino. I dunno what's going on lately but I think the employees all need a day where they're re-trained on how to make all of their drinks.

I go to Starbucks all the time especially the drive thru. Shout out to Jen at Starbucks there. Very outgoing. Smile on her face and she was just so friendly. I even called to tell the manager on duty they her employee was so happy and outgoing. I was having a bad morning as well but she made things my order very good. May sound weird but it's true

Overpriced store. For just a grande coffee, they want me to pay almost $4. Ridiculous! And they are totally unfriendly! Will never visit this store ever again!

Something just happened to me. I placed an order in through the app they went in at 8:11 was ready I went to pick it up at 8:15 I went through the driveway they didn't answer it. Where are you place your orders I went to the window. The girl was cleaning with a vacuum. I knocked on the window, and she just said no with her head. I was calling on the phone and went to the door on the entrance and I was knocking and they were three people there workin they were just looking at me and laughing. They just want me to close early They never answer the door or the phone and supposedly they close at. 9 pm I think that was so rude. They were at least had to say we're closed but they were just laughing and laughing !!! and I called customer service and they said I can just give you a refund that's it

I wish I can give even no STAR. Really BAD experience today! I ordered coffee without cinnamon powder. You made it with cinnamon powder and the guy (I should ask the lier’s name) told me no cinnamon. Then redo with the same venti cup still can taste. How Starbucks service like this! I ordered same drink every single day! This store manager should train their employees be honest to their customers!
