I love this place my favorite place to eat since I moved to Atlanta and relocated to Illinois. I must say with everything that is going on in the world customer service is non existent… until today GiGi in Bolingbrook gave the best customer service she was so sweet and efficient with making sure my order was correct.Thank you so much GIGI you rock on Weber rd. Ordered my food online, while i was in the drive thru to pick it up at 7:54pm, I was greeted with a "we are closed" by the so called manager GiGi. After I told her I placed an order for pick up, which said it would be ready at 7:52, as i sit in the drive thru, she again stated we are closed and brushed me off saying I need to call corporate to get money back as well as other stuff. She was extremely rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. Instead of her asking me to show her my online receipt with proof and time of order, she again brushed me off. GiGi, is in the wrong role, she cannot handle a simple situation and resolution without yelling and being rude to a customer.

Went to SnS, online & sign on door said it was open til 10, we were there before 9pm… all the lights were on, but no one was there.

Gigi in the drive thru was super friendly and awesome! She made our drive they experience over the top! Don't find service like this in a drive thru! Very impressed

We want to sake and shake to eat and they were closed how are we supposed to get a milk shake if you guys are closed on a Saturday when your schedule on line said they were open from 10 to 10 on Saturday

We tried their steak burger and milkshake deals. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. Drive thru line was long but it was moving at a good pace.

It's not dine in at the moment. This location is also not available at their website yet, which should be fixed soon. I planned on ordering online and then just going to pick up, but instead had to wait in the drive through. Food was good, but shakes were watered down a little. Fries are still great, especially if seasoned.

The chicken fingers were nice and crispy. The burger was really salty. The milk shakes are always better than expected. The main reason for our visit was the milkshakes.

If I could give fewer stars I would. Every other restaurant in the area has their in dining room seating open. This restaurant doesn’t. Drove all the way here assuming it was open like literally every other restaurant but it’s not. Don’t waste your time unless you’re too lazy to get out of your car.
