The food was ok a bit too spicy for my taste but I should have asked. Just a bit unhappy with the portions for the price. The oxtails forgot the meat lol. They seem like they were trying to get rid of the rice because this is what they filled the trays with. My son said the rice smelled like cigar smoke and it actually did funny because he doesn’t even smoke cigars lol. Gave them 3stars because they tried lol??♂️

It was my first time eating African food. Didn't know what to get. So I asked the worker behind the counter what food he would recommend. He gave me his opinion and I rolled with it. To my surprise the food he recommended was delicious seasoned well and full of flavor. The FuFu was my favorite part so fun to eat, the Plantains were good but it's an acquired taste- didn't finish. The drinks were refreshing one surprising drink was called Sobolo made from Hibiscus flower, A natural drink with Natural ingredients only had 9 ingredients but watch out the Ginger has a kick that sneaks up on you kinda like Wasabi. Only thing I disliked was the bone was still in the fish kinda made it a chore to eat it... 10/10 customer service 10/10 clean restaurant 8/10 food. Also there's enough room for Bob tail Trucks to park in front of the restaurant if you need to pull in with a trailer attached there's room in the back but I wouldn't recommend staying back there because deliveries need to be made

As I was chewing I bit something hard and pulled this piece of metal out! Lucky I didn’t swallow it, but wow.. food was good until this moment, I got turned off after this and didn’t finish the rest. Please make sure you all are thoroughly cleaning your food. I had the motherland combo. I ordered the mukase wings appetizer as well which said grilled chicken wings, but I received fried just an fyi .

I recently had a disappointing experience at Mukase . I am a long time patron at this establishment and typically order my food for delivery. This particular staff member was rude and harassing, and to make matters worse, they refused to provide the missing items or issue a refund. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the customer service left much to be desired. I would caution others to think twice before patronizing at this establishment. This ended in me having to envolve law enforcement to mediate. Which is not only unfortunate but very disheartening as a person who has spent hundreds of dollars here.
Food was terrible. My jollof rice was flavorless, dry, and hard. It was definitely old. The jerk chicken wasn't good at all either. The plantains were the best part of the meal.
