The Manager David bad customer service and was disrespectful to me as a customer asking for fresh food he lied and said it was fresh and refused to give my money back after having me wait 20 mins for them to remake and give me food still not fresh . It was other customers in the store that heard what happened and asked him are u serious speaking to this lady like this and not giving a refund. I also have a recording and when I start recording he changed his tone fast.

Last time I come to this Wendy’s every time I come here it’s either I’m missing a lot of my order o it’s wrong this time once there the drive thru tryin to order they ask me ok, anything else before I could finish wht I’m saying I order a ranch Asiago club didn’t ask me non of I wanted classic o spicy just gave me spicy I asked for chili cheese fries n they give me a potato w chilli n cheese n worse my daves triple sándwich came out having bright red on all 3 patty like can’t repeat the order n if u too much in a hurry knowing it’s 9:35 n u close at 12 don’t be in a kitchen ppl health kind on ur hands cook just hope I don’t get sick
