Every single time i place a mobile order I end up waiting longer as if I never placed an order. This time I walked in for that reason and was ingored for five minutes, when I told them I had a mobile order I waited another ten minutes for orders I already placed. I asked the manager if other people knew how to greet people and she said yeah but they had a problem woth a customer, like it takes 4 people to fix one customers imaginary issue

Whenever I buy food here, everything fresh and fresh, I never get tired of eating here.
Placed an order for pickup. Went around and all the doors were locked. Went to the drive thru and waited about ten minutes. Called the store and no answer. This place sure makes it hard to get your food. When I finally did get the food it had some wrong items and was very cold. I've had a decent burger from this place once so that's why I'm giving it a 2 star instead of one.

Wendy's finally has a pumpkin spicy frosty.!!! Very delicious and what us pumpkin lovers have been waiting for.Ghost pepper sandwich and ghost pepper fries for autumn and now frosty to match. Let's see if we get something peppermint for Christmas ?!!!!!

Sat in line for 10min before leaving. No one came to the mic and everyone in line left. I asked numerous times if someone was there and no response. This is the worst Wendy's I've been to.Every time I've come here, the food was stale. The ppl suck.
Good place to get food if hungry. but Some of workers don't understand customer voices which it's makes you feel more frustrated especially you're very hungry.

I have been living in Bolingbrook since 2003. I have been to this location many times over the years. Since all my vists, today was the first time I was felt appreciated by an employee. THANK YOU LAURA! You were amazing! I know its tough times. Thank you for being so kind.
