There were no lids for the drinks and after asking for them, they failed to put some out. My husband ordered food from That Burger Joint and it came out on time and was delicious, but my pizza from Woodgrain took a long time. Seems like they were prioritizing to-go orders over people dining in. And when my Margherita pizza finally came out it was made without basil and mozarella. Went back and asked for the basil, forgot to mention the mozarella, but by the time I got my pizza I was already ready to leave so I didn't bother to also ask for the mozarella. Just make the pizza right the first time!

I not usually review things but, I hope through my review owner or manager can do changes.My first impression entering the restaurant I really like it, 3 different restaurants in one.But it wasn’t too long when I started notice that the place is too dirty, the glass door going to the restrooms is terrible dirty, the tables sticky the whole place is very bad attended..Too bad because it is a great concept under very bad management.I don’t think I’m going back.

Filthy sticky floor and tables!!! Floor hasn't been cleaned for months. Used to be nice place last year but new management is running down this place into the ground. I never leave 1 star reviews but this is one of dirtiest places I have ever seen. Also washing the bottoms of my shoes with strong detergent after walking on their floors. Will never return. Yuck!

The cashier was sleeping. We had to wake him up to place our order. The entire place was dirty...tables were sticky. The longer I sat there, the more I noticed. It looks like the dining area hadn't been cleaned in months. My son & I both got sick within 30 mins of leaving.---No Thank you....We will not be returning.

This place is super dirty. All the tables weren't clean when I had lunch with my family. There was no one at the register to take my order. We had to wait five minutes for someone to show up. I'm definitely avoiding this place going forward.

Was in there on 7/02 in the afternoon and the staff was VERY unfriendly. No one said " hello" they just gave me my DoorDash order and said NOTHING. Good thing I double checked the order because they would've shorted me on my order, they forgot to give me a salad. This was my first time in that place and I it wasn't positive at all.To add to my review the management reached out to me and told me to send him an email with the specifics and he NEVER emailed me back. Very unprofessional and now I know where the issues lye.

I went to this place because my kids wanted to make their own pizza with their hands. We been here before. When we got to the area where they make the pizza's, the manager was making pizzas and I told him that my kids would like to make their own. I had already paid for the pizza's. He reply they cannot do it themselves I have to do it. I ask why? I told him that It shows on the menu by the cashier that kids can make their own pizza and there was a picture by the wall with kids making their own pizza and he's like oh I didn't even knew kids can make their own pizza here. Like hello you the manager here and you are not aware of it? Pizza is good but the SERVICE is BADDD.

After a long day of work I went to buy pizza for my family. I asked the staff about the pizza sauce because it looked old and dessert they seemed very offended and upset. Then I order a pizza that was burnt to a crisp at the bottom! Not only that it was drowned in sauce and all my ingredients slid off the pizza. I wont ever waist my time.or money here again!!
