Terrible internet. Started in Room 436 and could not even access google on my laptop. Walked up and down the hallway trying to find rooms with better connection speeds. Rooms 400-410 were better so they moved me to 407. In 407, I could complete simple tasks, but I could not stream anything and podcasts took an hour to download. This was the worst internet speed I have experienced in 15 years. The hotel was fine and the employees were nice and helpful, but I’ll never stay here again

I did like the hotel. Very nice lobby and nice and helpful staff. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was very hard. If you like firm and hard bed then this place will work for you! We did not stay for breakfast but it is available. They pointed out a pool and jacuzzi but didn’t use that either.

Hotel is fine except for their wifi, which is completely unusable. If you need it for work of pleasure, consider another hotel. Rooms otherwise are nice enough. Short walk to a shopping plaza if you need your fix.

Great bartender who is extremely intelligent and provides you with good conversation in get down time. Drinks are good. Stronger then normal in my opinion but just the right amount of extra. The area is trendy eclectic and live music Monday's and Tuesday’s. The live music gets a little loud if you sit at the bar given the limited space but both singers I saw there had great voices and played to the crowd. One small pool table in the corner that got occupied by a group the whole evening so second might be worth it.

My family and I were impacted by a recent tornado in the area and had to come here on late notice. Nicole H. was very welcoming and her customer service made us feel right at home and comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She went above and beyond for our family. The next day we had the pleasure of meeting, Nicole F. and she was very friendly and accommodating as well. We will be back in the future because of these two ladies. A+ for customer service for the front desk! The customer service makes this hotel worth the stay.

It all started in 2019 when we began planning our wedding. We contacted Michael the sales rep (at the time) for the aloft bolingbrook. He helped my wife and I setup a wedding room block with 30 rooms for our wedding in October 2021. We never heard back from him. After many calls to the hotel around June 2021, we finally got ahold of Nat the new sales lady. She was barely able to help us! We could never get ahold of her after leaving voicemails and emailing everything went unanswered. All of our guests had nothing but terrible things to say about this hotel. Check in was a disaster, the hotel rooms were dirty, the bar and hotel was understaffed, the shuttle never made it to our wedding on time (our guests had to drive themselves after realizing they were going to be late). After our wedding I attempted to get ahold of her to try and resolve some of these issues and nothing ever came of it. Never even received a courtesy call asking how everything went. Never got any points or nights posted to my Marriott account like what was agreed upon in our Contract as a titanium member. Do not do any business with this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for a week while on business. The hotel is very clean and contemporary. Nice chilled out little bar with free pool table! Also has a gym and inside swimming pool. There is a outside mall within 10 minutes walking distance with shops, bars, restaurants, and a cinema. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Finally, downtown Chicago is a must!!!
