The best thing about this place was the person working behind the counter. It didn't look like it was cleaned in a very long time.

I have no idea how this place is still open. It must be used for money laundering or something lol haven't eaten here for about 15 maybe 20 years so no review for that

PLEASE USE CAUTION EATING HERE ( my dog didn’t even want it! )Ever want to bite into a sandwich that tastes like card board ? How about a bite of a hot dog that had been THROWN in the bag ? Then you should totally eat here. What happened to this place ? My heart is broken as I grew up loving this place, but today me and my boyfriend were served what I could call a disaster ! After repeating myself 4 times to the girl in the extremely inappropriate attire ( I mean her butt was hanging out ? It’s 40 degrees out. ????? ) she was not very friendly no smile, no thank you. Just “ huh “ and not paying attention. since when can you just walk into work dressed for the club ? we ordered two things, and neither one were worth the finishing ! Not to mention the hot dogs ( chili cheese ) had just been thrown into the bag and got everything dirty. They also don’t serve fries ? Like how are you going to be a hot dog place and not serve the most basic food ? So this place is not picky kid friendly. So if they are not even willing to keep their employees in proper attire and maybe give them some training on food handling, I doubt they care about there workers washing hands and keeping their kitchen clean, changing gloves when necessary ect ect.The quality of the food served here is like going to the dollar store. Like LITERALLYParking: Good luck trying to park here like at all they have 3-4 spaces up front

Food: hot dogs (regular and jumbo), Italian Beef (get the nacho cheese), polish sausage. If it has fat grams by the bucket, it's here. Goodness....I love fatty foods. Chips, no fries. And a green river to drink. All at very decent prices Service: counter service. Friendly and respectful. That's all I need Ambiance: small place with very limited seating. They have outdoor seating for the warmer temperatures. Not useful in December Overall: A+ in my book

How are any of your customers supposed to eat at your location? Nowhere to wash your hands? I had to go down the street to a gas station and wash my hands just so I can eat my food. The food was very good. Italian beef was pretty small for the price you pay.

An okay hot dog stand. The food could be better. It's a grb-and-go place with limited outdoor seating only.

I visited the Bourbonnais location for the first time ever and ordered a hot dog for myself and a “nacho beef” for my husband. The nacho beef was literally bread, beef, with melted cheese on top. The worker sat the bread on the bare steel counter and moved it back and forth between the beef and cheese. She finally put it on the foil to wrap it up once she was done. I found that to be extremely unsanitary. The beef also tasted like Papa Charlie’s from Walmart. Also, my hot dog was extremely light pink in color almost white and very mushy when I bit into it. I ended up throwing it away and wasted $4. I also bought an “Italian ice” that the worker grabbed out of a freezer/refrigerator full of boxes. Once I opened it, it was freezer burned so I threw it away as well. The overall appearance of the restaurant could use some work and cleaning. It looks like a restaurant out of an episode of Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares. I do not plan to return to this restaurant, but I just wanted to express my experience.

Sorry, this place doesn't know hot dogs. You'd be better off making them yourself. And what kind of hot dog joint doesn't have frick'n fries? Please close and re-invent yourself. Your staff needs some training on customer service also. You know, like how to smile and stuff. Say hello. I was there during lunch and the place was empty. What does that tell you? You want a decent dog go to Jaenickes nearby. I wanted to try it and that will be all I ever do here.

My favorite place to visit back in K3. Mozzarella beef extra mild peppers, nachos (always a little stale and crispy) with the cheese on it letting it marinate on the car ride home.

We needed a simple lunch after conducting business at the rental car agency across the street. I was skeptical of the place, and the whole chain. How good could it be? But it was solid! My Chicago style dog (with all the stuff on it), my wife's Italian beef, and my mother-in-law's cheese dog were all very good. Not the best we've ever had, but better than expected, especially for the price.
