Chicago Dough is the best pizza in the entire area, hands down. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. We've never been disappointed with a pizza from "The Dough".

I was visiting my oldest son, and he took us to dinner here... Vibe/atmosphere is 80s, hints of old school pizza hut and cracker barrel mixed together and it absolutely works!!I cannot rave enough about the food!! Omg the dough is phenomenal, the pasta was perfect as well!Our waitress was such a sweetheart too!!Definitely will be a must visit whenever i come up to visit him!!
Met up with family at last minute for a late dinner. Put our order in promptly. Got drinks. But never saw waitress return except for food . We needed extra plates , had to get our own from salad bar. Had to ask for extra napkins 3 times. Never got refills for drinks. Had to ask someone else. We ordered 2 pizza’s, kitchen messed up on one , said it stuck to pan and was remaking it. Apologies given and would be given discount.So we all nibbled on appetizers, while others ate the one pizza that came. Everyone finally finished their meal. Still no replacement pizza. Just as I was getting up to let them know to forget it, they walk in with pizza . Politely decided to accept and eat while others waited for us.We still needed drink refills, asked again, finally bill came with only $5.00 discount. Didn’t even cover drinks.Had to get up to ask for to go containers , and still go get my own.Manager never came out. I am a solid big tipper.Even for kitchen mistakes. But this service was zero to none. We were always polite.Pizza was not the best. But we haven’t been there in a long time.I will not be returning for a very long time.I did not complain to a manager who did not care. If they did they would have been talking to us.Save your money , time and frustration. Go get your pizza somewhere else, so you don’t have to wait on your own table. And a manager comes out to make amends for kitchen mistakes without being asked . I believe in mistakes, and not waitresses fault andI would have even tipped the service great IF we had service. Stay away.

my family and I used to go here often, it's been awhile but we figured we'd go back for dinner as it had been awhile since we had it. When we came in we were seated quickly however our waitress took a loooong time to get to us to ask what we wanted to DRINK. We understand when its busy it can be difficult to get to everyone however it wasn't packed whatsoever. then we ordered 2 pizzas and when they came they looked awful. it looked old and gross. The sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza looked the worse it looks like the person who applied the toppings must have been blindfolded. I mean seriously, all the mushrooms were in the MIDDLE and NONE one the end. My kids had a plain cheese pizza and even that was so over cooked. this was very disappointing to us as we were really loooking forward to eating here again. It's a shame it has gone down hill.

As a veteran I always ask places if they offer veterans discount. Man at the checkout acted bothered when I asked.
Ordered a deep dish and it was horrible. It was not a deep dish it was thick dough with a little topping on it. I will never order again. Horrible experience for our first time ordering from there.

Service was prompt and courteous. We chose the salad bar with the pizza, and all vegetables were fresh and crisp. Pizza came right after and it was delicious.
