They NEVER have half the ingredients. They out of white rice, guacamole, vinegarette fajitas. You want it they DON'T have it. MULTIPLE DAYS IN A ROW TOO. They honesty need a light up sign at this location saying out of 3 or more items so you don't even waste your time. Only go here if you wanna constantly be disappointed and not have your order correct or be chaged "extra" for what they do have. Math ain't mathin. Worst chipotle experience 12 outta 10 dont recommend

They are overwhelmed at this chipotle. They run out of salsas and proteins. But the staff seems to keep up a good attitude. If you are on a road trip you might try the one just north or order for pickup.Parking: Big strip Mall. Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: There's outdoor dining also. Perfect for the kids. Free refills are also a kid pleaser. There's giant quesadillas and a special kids meal that my boys loved!

NO VEGGIES, NO BURRITO SHELLS, CHARGING $3.50 for a small queso. It’s 8:00pm I’m pretty sure they closed at 10PM. Why am I charged full prices for veggie tacos when there’s no fajita vegetables. While an employee was wrapping my food another employee is standing right there showing off her Dunkin drink. Chipotle has really gone down. Needs a revamped it’s embarrassing. I do not remember chipotle being this horrible.

Restaurant was out of critical items. No steak, corn salsa, mild salsa. Very small amounts of cheese and lettuce was given to us. And we got the last bag of chips.

The last 8 times I have ordered through their app, I have had the wrong order or missing items. They never tell me that items are missing, so until I started asking at the store, they’re just hoping people will be okay with it. Yesterday I was in there, and while I waited, no less than 10 people had incorrect orders. Terrible. How can you run out staple ingredients over and over again without alerting the company that there is a major problem to fix? I would avoid this location completely.*I will add this, since I’m unable to respond to the company’s response. I have contacted the organization directly after each instance. They give refunds, free drink orders, BOGO offers. But they never mention specific steps to solve the problem. And they are not interested in collecting the right information to pass along in order to solve the problem. Why bother with a BOGO if the orders will just be missing items again?

Im done with this place. The price of tacos and the amount given along with it being COLD, just isnt worth it. I would love to think its one location, but this chain in other locations are going downhill.

They were out of rice. My bowl was cold. All the tables as well as the floor were dirty. We used to love this place. It's a product that doesn't measure up to what they advertise. Not even close. Won't go back.

Noticed from entering the tables where nasty!! Every single one was dirty. The food was disappointing and cold. It definitely is slacking on all subjects from service, cleanliness and for the price? Think I'm not visiting anytime soon. Lots of competition out there. They also were out of white rice!!

It’s chipotle, I always know what to expect at chipotle. The food is tasty and healthy enough. However, i was unsatisfied with the service I revived at this particular branch. First off, the person taking the order was not very friendly. As I was telling her what I wanted she just kept interrupting me with “brown or white” she did this about 4 times as I was trying to finish my sentence. Then once I got to the last person, I asked for guac and he put the smallest dollop of guac I’ve ever seen at chipotle (could not be more than 1 tablespoon). When I asked him if he could add the full amount, he looked at his coworker that was at the cashier and she just said it would be an EXTRA $2 on top of the first $2 to get more. I’ve always had great experiences almost every chipotle but this was pretty upsetting, I thought people in the Midwest were supposed to be nice and polite, won’t be coming back here.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to the guy seeing literally dumps out half the of scoop rice ,beans, chicken barely puts lettuce and cheese on it . Last time I will ever step in this place. The cost of the meal was 18.50 for half of a bowl. Don't go there spend your hard earn cash that gets better service and quality food .

Expensive and give very small servings and charge extra if you just ask for a full serving. Meat regardless of what kind is very fatty. The Bourbonnais Chipotle already wasn't as good as others but it continues to get worse over time.

This place makes my food wrong every time. I just got a quesadilla with nothing in it and a steak burrito with just beans and rice. You can even get ahold of anyone at the store. Unbelievable.

Every. Single. Night they are out of EVERYTHING. If you look at the online ordering menu you would never know because they don't communicate
