Usually I really like cracker barrel, but this meal was I hate to say it, horrible! We ordered the country fried steak and it was so processed that it looked like mashed meat loaf. There was hardly any gravy on the steak or potatoes. The corn muffins were the best part of the meal and they were a little bland also. Don't think I will be back unless cracker barrel steps up it's game. Service was amazing, you g lady was very friendly and attentive.

This place has been a bit hit or miss lately. Our server was wonderful. Very polite, friendly, and understanding as we were there with 4 kids, 3 of which are 5 or under. The host stand left a bit to be desired. We checked the wait time multiple times on our way over, as it was a last second decision to visit for dinner on Easter Sunday, it stated that the wait time was 10 minutes. When we arrived, the host informed us that it would be over an hour before we could be seated. When we tried to mention that online the wait time was drastically different and that they should work to update the info, we were argued with. Afterwards they would quote tables for very random times. Some would be immediately for small parties (under 5), but then some were told 15-30 minutes while others were told over an hour because they had open tables but they didn't want to burden the server and make people sit there.

The store is freezing, I have been in 3 times in 3 months and every time the building is so cold I and my company have to keep our winter coats on. And don't expect a fire in the fireplace, it's not been lit when I have been in the site. The food was not as good as other Cracker Barrels I have been to recently. And I saw our table server twice the entire meal. No standards are being held here.

Very slow service. Got first drink around the 15-20 minute mark of sitting down. We ordered our lunch then (two adult lunch meals and two kids meals). After another 40 minutes went by and my drink was empty, I asked for a refill. The waitress asked if I'd like it to go... I reminded her we hadn't received any food yet, to which she seemed shocked. Waited another 15-20 minutes to receive our meals. No manager ever stopped by to say anything. Will probably think twice before visiting the Bourbonais location again.

We were welcomed with a smile and our waitress was so friendly and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything else. Bacon was delicious, eggs and hash browns great also. Gravy not tasty at all.Biscuits had gotten smaller and Coffee did not taste like real coffee(watered down). I remember letting someone know about the coffee the last time we came for breakfast.We are real coffee drinkers, so guess we will be moving on to Panera’s or another place where we can enjoy our breakfast.

Very good selection of food on the menu, ordering it online through the app was very easy, adding a gift card was also very simple. Was great being able to set up a date and time that the food will be ready by to get it as soon as I got off of work, Walk in, give a name, get your food, walk out, it’s that easy!

Did not enjoy the food last time. In the past I would usually order the country style chicken - two chicken breasts. Lady who served me did not know. So I went with what she thought was the country style chicken. The chicken was not only the wrong one, but it tasted like it was prepared the day before or reheated from the fridge. In the past the meat would almost melt in the mouth... So was very disappointing. We were in a hurry to get back on the road so I did not have the tile to address it with the vaitor....My wife said that maybe we should take a break from Cracker Barrel for a bit.....

Cracker barrel delivered on the homestyle dining . Comfort food at its finest . Serving and the experience was on point . It was busy when we showed up during a breakfast rush and food was out in a timely manner and every thing was prepared excellent. This cracker barrel lived up to the Americas front porch .Parking: RV and trailer parking available
