Ordered on app 4/11 for 10pm, they ignored me for like 5 mins and then the girl had an attitude. Toppings not spread correctly and there’s like 6 pieces of chicken on it. Gonna start ordering from the other locations or just a new place if these simple issues aren’t corrected. Worked for a pizza joint for years before, and it’s not that hard to add correct amounts and spread toppings on a pizza or fake a good Attitude for 5mins. Tasted fine other wise.

Terrible service from the Bourbonnais location! The online tracker is NOT CORRECT!!!! Im now waiting on 2 1/2 hours for my order when I was told an hour online!!!! Called the store, kept getting hung up on!!!! I understand being busy today but this is ridciulous!!!! And my pizza is still not ready!!!!!

This has to be thee most unprofessional pizza place I’ve ever dealt with. I order frequently at least 4/5 times per month an my order is always wrong missing something or burnt TONIGHT I ORDERED ONLINE & THE ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED AT ALL female answered said HELLO an HUNG UP! 0/10 very poor service how do you NOT deliver an ENTIRE meal that’s ordered an paid for WOW

Ordered online and somehow my mushrooms got changed to pineapples?? Called the store and offered to bring the pizza back and they can’t do anything about online orders. God I hope the pineapple flavor doesn't stick!

SLOW. Don’t expect food to be done in a reasonable amount of time. Plan for 45-60 minutes. Also, food is made sloppy/uneven.Parking: They put the “curbside pickup” in a marked handicapped spot. Illegal?

Only been a fee times, but they are always SUPER nice. One time I somehow messed up my coupons on my online order and overpaid cause the app deleted a better coupon, they guy at the counter couldn't fix the amount charged on the app, but he worked to refund the whole amount and re rung up the order AND saved me even more money than I originally thought I was paying on the app. It just took 3 days to get my refund, but that's on the credit card companies and the Domino's guy even warned me about the wait period.

The service at this location is very disappointing. I previously ordered a pizza for delivery on a week day and it took nearly two hours to receive. When calling back to ask if I was still going to receive my order I was told that they were understaffed. Things happen I completely understand and the manager at the time said that I could receive a free pizza for my next order. Fast forward to ordering my free pizza I ordered the pan made pizza and received the hand tossed pizza. When calling to get the correct pizza that was ordered I was told they would correct it but then got a callback 5 minutes later stating Naomi the manager (who wasn’t able to call herself to explain) will not remake the pizza I ordered since it was already a remade pizza. I was more than willing to go back out and swap pizzas so I can actually enjoy what I ordered initially but that wasn’t able to happen due to Naomi not wanting to correct it since it was a complimentary pizza order. It’s evident that good customer service is not enforced at this location.

Extremely slow. I ordered 2 large pizzas and some bread bite at 6:42PM. I didn't receive my order until 8:42PM. Store didn't reach out to tell me about an expected delay well over an hour. Absolutely atrocious service.

Very hit or miss. Maybe half of my orders are correct. And what’s the point of having the garlic butter crust option if it’s never on the pizza.
