I came back in because my drink wasn’t made right, and this nice girl helped me out. She didn’t hesitate or question and made my drink perfectly with a smile. I was having a rough day, but she made it so much better. She said her name was Shayna! Great Dunkin experience.
Every. Single. Time. Why is it so difficult to put the donuts at minimum facing upwards? I dislike in general they use bags vs box, we ordered 4 donuts, they all got destroyed for the most part. What’s the point of getting chocolate when 70% ends up on the bag?Frozen drink was also almost entirely melted, they tell you to use the app to order ahead but that seems silly if they make it the moment the order is placed.

Dunkin is a decent place to grab your coffee quickly. This particular Dunkin the employees weren't very friendly. I usually grab a Carmel latte n a Boston cream donut. The donuts I had didn't have very much Boston cream in them. Ultimately the Boston cream is what makes the donut. If I had my choice between dunkin n wawa...I choose wawa everytime
