worst experience with a J-John’s ever. fast should not be in the slogan. at nearly an hour latter ordering my food still hadn’t arrived. called and they said it made and ready to go, but no one is avail for delivery. DONT accept delivery if you don’t have a delivery person.my advice, go the Jersey Mikes if you want a fresh,fast sammich.

I have given this location so many chances, but have been disappointed every time. I love Jimmy Johns, but of the 5 or 6 times I've gone to this location, they've never once got my order right. I'm given the wrong sandwich or the wrong chips every time. It is truly unbelievable, and it's not even like they've ever been busy. I'll be the only one there and still get the wrong order.

Came in during shift change, and the man in back brought out a fresh pan of bread when making our orders, we got 2 regular sandwiches and 12/10 well worth the wait! Will be coming back again! Merry Christmas JJ

Saturday night at about 6 pm we did a mobile order for pick up . Waited an hour and decided yo call. Called 3 times no answer finally got ahold of someone. Asked when out food was coming and was told we have no drivers. Asked for a manager and got disconnected. Vcalled back and the manager answered. When asked why he did not call me to tell me they could out deliver my food he said they are busy and this isn’t this normal store he was covering for someone else.. and didn’t know they had no drivers and was just about to call mei asked for a refund and went to fiehousw instead

Ordered at 5:57 waited over an hour and food wasn't delivered even though it said order completed on the app at 6:27. Tried calling the store location multiple times kept getting a message saying wireless customer couldn't be reached. When I was finally able to get the phone to ring and someone to answer I was put on hold for over 15 mins. When I finally spoke to someone after waiting over 15 mins on hold they told me they didn't have a delivery driver on the weekends and when I inquired about getting a phone call saying they couldn't do it I was told "well I was working and was going to call you when I was done working you have to understand there are only two people here not 5" so I commented that it was too much to make a call and say sorry we don't have drivers after receiving a delivery order and he said yes because he has work to do and can't be bothered to do that after I already paid online and was told through the online system the food was done. He kept saying he was too busy to give a courtesy call about me not being able to place a delivery order. But they were fine about taking my money and not reaching out to me and when I asked for my order to be cancelled and my running refunded I was hung up on. Won't ever order from this location ever again. When I asked for his name, he told me his name was Eddie B don't know if that's his actual name or not. May also want to have the employees drug tested because the man sounded high as a kite

Did not add the extra mayo or mustard packets so my sandwich was mediocre. Also had so much ice in my drink that I barely had any soda. For a $30 order with delivery to my job that I can't leave for my 10 hour shift, I'd say I'm pretty disappointed.

was a good sandwhich but the overall experience of ordering (messed up in taking our simple order twice) and just trying to leave was an issue… had an employee follow us out of the store and accuse me of stealing a bag of chips “you need to pay for the chips my boy said you took some” . This is not an experience that anyone should have. have loyal customers completely turn away from the brand because of training being done incorrectly…

I love Jimmy Johns.This sandwich shop messed up adding onion and pepper to my drive-thru sandwich order. Mess up my sandwich, you get a lousy review until my next visit.

Picked up two sandwiches ordered a #4 turkey ordered it plain and I'm amazed they would call this a sandwich it had 1 slice of meat and 1 slice of cheese that's its what a joke I will go back to there compation down the road they put meat on there sandwich.

i asked for a basic sandwich. just turkey, and cheese and mayo packets. didnt get any cheese or mayo just 2 slaps of turkeys. the bread was so burnt it was disgusting called and complained said they couldnt do anything unless i came back in. i already drove 15 mins there and back i wasnt going back. horrible experience horrible food
