As soon as I came in I let the older woman behind the counter know this was my first time there. She didn’t smile, didn’t greet me and showed me the menu. No suggestions from her. It was like she didn’t want to be there. I ordered the spicy special #1. She took my order and my money and never looked at me again. The sandwich was on a doughy roll and was not spicy at all. Because I had it warmed up it kind of made the bread slimy. I think it would’ve been better on a hard roll or toasted. Wish sourdough was an option. Overall I wouldn’t eat there again not so much because of the food, but because the woman appeared crabby, and indifferent. I didn’t feel welcome and she certainly didn’t make me want to come back. I work in a restaurant and bartend. This is not how you get repeat customers.

This is a great "pick up and go" deli but there's several tables available if you feel like eating in. The sandwiches are all pretty great across the board, and I'd recommend grabbing whatever sounds good to you. Good prices, and fair, especially considering how tasty the food is. A sight better than what you're going to get from a drive-thru. Personally, I'm partial to Reubens, but everybody has their own standbys.

I have always had a decent sandwich here, BUT this last time I ordered, the entire order was wrong. The toppings that were supposed to be on my sandwich were on my friends, whom happens to be allergic to tomatoes!Couldn't eat it at that point!! My sandwich had no toppings. Both sandwiches were supposed to be double meat or upgraded whatever they call it. Neither were. Maybe it was a bad dad day for them!

The sandwiches were delicious!!! My husband had the Reuben on marble rye with the works...he said it was some of the best pastrami he has ever had. I had the super spicy with the works it was great...not too spicy...just right. The service was great and they got our sandwiches out fast. We definitely would go back.

I had something like an Italian with avocado and it was really excellent.Kid-friendliness: I am unsure because I frequently purchase sandwiches there.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Sandwiches were good, but they are nothing special. It doesn't live up to what I was expecting. There are other chain sandwich shops that have better sandwiches. That being said, I'd come back, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
