I go to this Panera frequently to redeem my sip club reward. I have never had significant issues. Tonight, I ordered an Asiago bagel on the app. I walked into the restaurant before my order stated it was ready. I watched the workers set my receipt to the side and mark the order as “complete.” My food was never put out. When we asked about it, the worker said that they had called my name several times because they were sold out of Asiago bagels. (My name was not called a single time). The inventory on the app was severely incorrect. I was offered a plain bagel instead. When given the plain bagel I notice it was severely burnt. This bagel was extremely crunchy and blackened. I am unsure why they ever thought it was okay to serve that way. I have tried to attach a picture of this bagel to the Google photos for this location as well.

Nothing crazy special here. Just a basic dine in take out place. Coffee and bagels are good but I don't like the lunch menu. Sandwiches lack taste.

I always like the food here. It's good and fast. With everything getting more expensive, you get less food, but it's still good tasting. The staff who took our order and the staff who prepared our food were very friendly. The dining room was not very clean but we found a semi-clean table to sit at.

Food is good but it’s ridiculous to have to wait 20-25 minutes for a sandwich and some soup. I didnt get to finish or even start my soup before i had to get back to my job.
I love the soup and salad but The service leaves something to be desired.. about half the time I go to the drive-thru they mess something up. Many times I have ordered a cookie and when I get to work it's not there. And this time they didn't even give me a spoon or napkins along with no cookie. I almost didn't even get my drink which I had to ask for and it took an extra 4 minutes just to get a drink.

Come here for lunch all the time. Great service and have always accommodated when order mistakes are made. The bathrooms are clean and staff is really nice. The WIFI always works and the green tea dispenser is always filled. Can't really ask for more for a large chain restaurant. Recommend!Vegetarian options: There are a number of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: You can customize your sandwiches and meals.Parking: Large parking lot in front of panera. I would give them no stars if I could. They are terribly slow. Online orders are sent to their in house line instead of the drive thru, so if you order online expect to be waiting 30 minutes to and hour longer than the time given on the app. Not only did I wait that long, but my order was given to another car. The drive thru service is absolutely terrible.
