This is the truck that comes around to your home every two weeks to drop off the orders that you ordered on line or on the phone with a Schwan employee. If I could give no stars I would. They do not deserve one! DO NOT order from this company. Every time I order from them they do not have the item and then you get an "attitude" on the phone when you place your order. food isn't as good as pictures let you believe and customer service is terrible. They have very poor communication between driver and dispatch. Many calls just for 1 delivery and then dispatch doesn't tell driver the order. Don't bother.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!!!! The customer service and management SUCKS!!!!! I was on hold for 28 minutes, during my second call about my 2-hour late delivery, which still has not gotten here yet!!! The first CSR stated that my time frame went from 11-2 to 11-8. Yep, that would be 8 PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I am not going to have some stranger leaving something on my porch that time of night.
