First time trying this out. I had a garlic butter burger and it was very good. Of course as with everywhere prices are expensive it was under $6 for a burger and fries. But the staff was really nice and the food was very well prepared.

IF I Could give this place a zero I would. My husband got home ,had been overrode.He came home changed . I just had shoulder surgery ,can't drive. SO we decided to use your restaurant. He didn't want to go in nor dressed properly. So when he went through drive through would not serve him,unless he came in. I shake, chili 5 way, and fries. Ridiculous. I have went there since they opened. But this is the last time. I am definitely telling g my friends. I work in a prominent job that consistently orders from you using grub hub, door dash and other places that deliver to our facility. This place will eventually live down with poor customer service. You'll still my business and all g family and anyone I can get to listen to me. Awful EXPERIENCE????

Worst ever experience I've had at this steak and shake. Literally 30 minutes to get cold food, no urgency, had to order on kiosk, no waitress, they cooked one burger(patty) at a time. then put 3 of the 5 burgers up for atleast 5 minutes before I asked if I could have them. then 10 minutes later got the last 2 burgers. both of which were cold. all fries were room temp. and I had to go and grab it myself outta the window instead of waiting again for someone to bring to counter. Never again will I return. Ridiculous

Burger was greasy over cooked & crunchy.Bun was cold and hard ( stale )Out of Dr Pepper in soda machine.Have to order on kiosks Service was slow!!Definitely will not return to this establishment!!

The manager there was horrible. She refused to even provide me her name. This location has really gone downhill. Haven’t been here in years and I’ll never return!! Don’t go here!! You’ll be so disappointed!! Worst experience ever!!
