I ordered a ham for our Christmas dinner and didn't realize until right before warming it up to serve that I was given a boneless ham and not the bone-in ham I had requested. I believe ham off the bone has more flavor and I always use the ham bone for soup later. I complained in person and Diane and the other associates were extremely apologetic and kind. Purchased a 4.6lb boneless ham for Easter. The ham was good but usually it is excellent. It seemed to be lacking taste this year. Maybe I just bought a so so one but will try them again.
