They have good chicken sandwiches, but bradley location does NOT know how to treat employees, my son is 17, so child labor laws cut off at 16, they took advantage of this by working my son until after 11 on school nights, then Tuesday night didn't get home until almost midnight, was physically sick from exhaistion, i had to call him off school,then when he told the manager last week he couldn't work 3 nights a week until after 11 p.m. on school nights, they said come for a meeting yesterday, so he went to a meeting with managers, and they fired him for lack of availability, because he can't work until 11 on school nights. Thank you chic fila for teaching my son adults can't be trusted, this is not a Christian environment

07Feb24 Two people had nuggets, fries and were good. Food was hot and ready quickly. I had sandwich and had food poisoning? for a week..i missed 2 days of work. The sandwich was hot but tasted weird. I ended up going to doctor for medicine. I was driving at night so didn't examine the sandwich. I will never go back to this Bradley location. What a bummer.??

Traveling from Georgia; It feels good knowing that there was a Chik-Fil-A on our way to our destination. Same great taste, outlets to charge our devices, and welcoming environment. I did wonder if it was closed because I saw no one at the counter.
2 times within a month my order is wrong. I called and was given a corporate number that I had to call to get vouchers for my missing items, so I had to sit on hold for over 5 minutes. Then the person answering the call was not able to communicate very well. Now I have to wait for them to send me vouchers. Horrible service all the way around.

It was clean, a nice enviornment, and the employees were friendly. The big problem was thatthe menu had very few choices and what it did have were all basically the same thing. I wouldnt waste my money there again.

First time at drive thru for Chick-fil-A. There were two lines and one person taking orders in one line. This was not an ideal situation if you're in the wrong line. I needed a menu, but I just told the order taker to give us standard items combos. She did, and it was great.
