There's something wrong with the order 90% of the time. Not a high standard of service here but there are limited places to eat fast in Braidwood so we still end up there often when we are pressed for time.
Ordered a Mcdouble meal and immediately opening the box I saw the burger falling apart and grease all over. I took a bite and realized the top patty was still rare. Did McDonald's change its patty recipe? Maybe some more training on cooking them is the best way to go... waited 10-15 minutes in a spot while I was the only one in the drive thru for this. I just ate around the raw parts and half ate my meal in the end.

The people are great and have always had great consumer service but quite literally Everytime I've been there one item was messed up in some way. Last time I went I got the new spicy ten piece nugget and they gave me a six piece regular. Was very disappointed.
