I moved a few months ago to Central Illinois from southern California where there was plenty of Middle Eastern bakeries. I googled and drove two hours to this place and I am so happy that I did that. The pastries were amazing. The bread was soft, and the pies were savory. This was worth a drive and I will be coming back very soon.
Services seems to be friendly. Lots of fresh baked goodies Don't know what they are putting in those Zattars. But I do know I'm addicted to them:) Keep up the great service ??????

You know why I frequent Alwatan Bakery? Insha’Allah “God wills it” Their halal food is the best, I go there frequently for breakfast. I wouldn’t give that McDonald’s crap, or any other fast food to an abandoned starving stray dog on the street.
