I was literally disappointed yesterday when I went into this restaurant I’m a vegetarian so I went in to order a veggie bowl and as I was waiting in line to order I seen a man taking the temperature of the food so as he’s taking the temperature of each item I noticed he didn’t cleaning the thermometer off at all so he went from the meats to the veggies and so on, as someone that doesn’t he meat I was so disgusted with that cross contamination.

The food was exceptional but I don’t know why I had to beg for rice on my plate to begin with. The girl with the glasses and 2 braids filling up the bowls was acting like the rice was coming out of her paycheck when in fact it was coming out of mine. The bowls on the other two customers were extremely scarce as well. This service is unacceptable. When I asked for extra rice she claimed there was a limit on rice. I come to chipotle once a week and have never heard of this limit if a team member wants to send me this policy please feel free since I always ask about normal portion rice and she did not like my request even after offering to pay extra. I unfortunately dealt with extreme attitude which in return chipotle lost its valued customer. Absolutely ridiculous get workers who actually know how to portion and actually have a smile on their when customers walk in the door.

If I could give it 0 stars I would do terrible staff and preparers. I went and they had nothing but barbecue and rice, everything was empty and it was 6 in the afternoon. An older lady was very rude. I will not return to this chipotle on Bridgeview Harlem and 88 today Tuesday Feb/20/24

The employee was rudely behaving and talking back while walking away. I was kindly taking utensils what I need to have dinner and that she comments that you do not need. I also said that I can pay for it, if you want me too but she is was keep talking back. When I asked for manager she said I am the manager.

Every time I have gone recently Bridgeview IL They don't have cheese they don't have tomato or lettuce. I thought it was made fresh! So disappointing. I had for the 3rd time go to a different location..... and then when they do have all the ingredients they nit pick. How come Chipole don't teach as part of their training to STIR the food before scooping it out. PSA nobody wants dry meat, beans, and sometimes clumbed rice!! I went to the one on Cicero Ave, Crestwood IL

I recommend that people don't come to this location because they givevery small portions. I asked for double meat and it was the size of a regular burrito. Maybe even smaller it has happened to me twice already coming here. They are a nice friendly staff. But I don't understand it's not right to rip people off. Give the proper portion size. The 1 on 95th in Oaklawn is way better.

Location is run by a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about customer service. They don’t seem to care about their jobs either. Out of items and not on top of replacing things especially at lunch time. On a Saturday.
Went to get a burrito bowl today . And I was very disappointed there giving real small portions of rice beans and chicken, getting smaller every time I go . I won’t be going there again.

Let me just start by saying this, “PAULA ALVEREZ” should not be in any type of management role. Asking for anything extra such as rice, veggies, corn etc and Paula is serving you just know she gonna get irritated by it. She platted the rice in the bowl like I was a dog once I asked for extra rice. If you don’t like your job find another one. I was never greeted with a warm welcome to begin with just a “what are having”. Paula was flat out rude once I started questioning certain things that I’ve never encounter at other Chipotles. Please go to another Chipotle, don’t waste your time here with this incompetent manager who thinks she’s smarter than the next consumer. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THEY WILL RESPECT YOU AT.
