I took my wife to this Restaurant that we used to frequent in the kingdom of Jordan Amman to be exact we went inside and We ordered four sandwiches to go falafel and Hummus two of them with everything on them and two of them only tahini salad. Well when I got them later after 10 minutes The Bread was stale The bread was actually crunchy The Hummus was Not done Right and the employee working the kitchen did NOT have a hair net no gloves long nails absolutely disgusting. The bag of bread was wide open when we walked in the restaurant my wife pointed it out on the counter (No Wonder it was stale). So we decided to call the owner and tell him what an unpleasant encounter we had at his restaurant. And instead of him taking the complaint and investigating to see why our sandwiches were so disgusting and old and full of slices of lemon with stale bread He tells us well Why this and why that?? Like he was investigating us instead of trying to solve a problem with His customers I said I’m bringing these sandwiches back to your restaurant so you can see them cold crusty bread nasty Hummus was not done rite and the falafel and fries are cold and old Who serves food like that especially you holding a name of Honor HASHEM I would never take my wife and kids there again. There is NO Way he’s going to last. The restaurant around the corner from him is 1,000 times cleaner and better in every way. Shame on the owner and his staff for the disgusting food and bad customer service and wouldn't even handle a complaint in a professional manner No wonder the restaurant was empty. We wouldn’t take our money back no matter what but it showed a lot when he never offered it. That shows that he cares about money more then good business. Wish you the best and hope you turn things around at that restaurant especially since you serve your own people.

Food was good I ordered falafel sandwich and it was really good, bread was good and potatoes and eggs were also good. The tea could be better and there should be more workers because 2 workers isn’t enough.

I am familiar with Hashem in Amman, Jordan and was excited to try it. Its just like being back in Jordan. The flavors are spot on. Hospitality is great. They make wonderful fatta, falafel and a killer cup of mint tea. The falafel in the sesame bun hit the spot as well. I am always willing to drive from Schaumburg for breakfast here. I hope they open more locations in the north suburbs.

Everything is so well seasoned. The egg & potato frying pan is delicious and my personal favorite. My girlfriend said that the tomato skillet has now been added to her death row meal. Fatteh was also very good. I would definitely recommend this place.
