I wanted to love this place but it took them close 30 mins to get our order out and it was empty. We went at 530 on a Wednesday afternoon. There was only one other family in there and still it took so long. The cashier was super friendly but the service was super slow.

Very disappointed, I don’t recommend coming here. We had high expectations and were very disappointed. We placed our order and waited 20 minutes to get 1 order and they came out 10 minutes later with the second order which was incorrect and it took a while to get the correct order. My husband and I had the pistachio eclairs and banana cinnamon punch and both were underwhelming- the pistachio eclairs were stale and the pouch came out one side warm/ one side cold just not up to our standards. We anticipated on getting premium deserts for the pricing and we received very mediocre food and service. The ambiance in the facility was nice and they played lively music. This place has potential to be great but serve better quality deserts or lower your prices to match the quality.

Had Melt n Dip cater my daughter's party at a Banquet hall. I was a bit hesitant at first as it was a bit pricey, but honestly, it was well worth it! Easily the highlight of the party and all the guests were raving about it. The service was impeccable as the servers Melt n Dip provided were polite and attentitive. They brought more than enough sides to dip in the chocolate and everything was fresh! The presentation was on point. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. They are true professionals. If you're considering them for your next event, definitely go with them as they will leave you and your gueats with a lasting memory.

This Melt n Dip really knocks it out of the park. I mean incomparable. They’ve outdone themselves. Where to start, I’m not sure. The fettuccine crepe is amazing, have been ordering it for years and never have gotten tired of it. The vanilla ice cream that comes with it complements the chocolate. Then there is the seating and atmosphere. This Melt n Dip is special in having upstairs seating that is beautiful, props to them. Friendly staff and quick in getting food out. Very well decorated all around, clearly much effort goes into organization. Very tasty, very modern, very clean. With certainty: highly, highly recommended.

I’ve drove past many times, but never stopped. Had a sweet tooth tonight, so I finally went in. The man who took my order was nice. I got a scoop of cheesecake gelato in a small cup that I ate while I waited for my order, it was delicious. I can’t wait to try other flavors. I got the red velvet fettuccine ( I may have spelled it wrong). I did not get to eat it right away when I got home, so I had to microwave it to warm it back up, and it was still delicious even warmed up 2 hours later. I paid 25$ for what I got, and I kind of side eyed it, but paid. The portion isn’t huge, but it’s big enough, and the ingredients are great quality that you can taste as soon as you take a bite. So after tasting, the price honestly is justifiable to me. Next time I will try it fresh, because if it’s this good microwaved, I can’t imagine freshly made. Also, it’s a cool little vibe inside. And I loved watching the chocolate fountains. Will most definitely be back.

Love this place prices are higher but quality is great great place to study or read love the outdoor area in good weather.
Everything good and delicious but the man who at the cashier register never smiled i try to give him smile he got bad reaction… not the first time this is the third time .. i wish he do better in future
