Shrimp were cold and deformed, so you could not figure out how to bite them and not get a tail. Shrimp were chewy as well. Not worth $25+ on delivery app for such a horrible quality meal. If you’re going to charge high prices, produce a product that matches the value.

I placed my order through their app and arrived at the location only to find a sign on the door that the dining room portion was closed. I get to the drive through section and inform the person I have a mobile order and my name.When I pulled up to the window they tried to give me three chicken sandwiches which is not what I ordered. I then received my order and a drink without ice. The ice machine wasn't working is what I was told.We get the food home and they didn't give us any honey for the biscuts as asked for and the fries were luke warm at best. Also the fries didn't have the flavor they have had in the past. Not sure what is going on at this location, but it is not in a good place at this time.

My experience at Popeyes was pretty disappointing. The chicken lacked flavor and was overcooked, making it dry and tough to chew. The biscuits were also quite hard and seemed stale. On top of that, the service was slow and unresponsive. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit. And don't get me started on the drive-thru—always a problem. It's either a long wait or they mix up the order. It's like you need a stroke of luck for a smooth visit! They really need to get their act together! Honestly, with that kind of experience, they might as well close down and make room for a Raising Cane's. At least there you're guaranteed some consistently good chicken and service that's on point. Popeyes needs to step up their game!" ?♂️ Yeah, and not to mention , the place is always dirty. It's like they forgot to give it a good scrub. Not the most pleasant dining environment, that's for sure Let's hope they get out of business to open my favorite chicken stop like raising canes!!!!!!!

The staff here is awesome ?Big shout out to all staff members especially Naseem ? She is always attentive & friendly & ready to take my order. My son always says "LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES" This is the best location I've ever been too!

Chicken was extremely fresh and cooked to perfection! Service was horrible, I waited 20 minutes inside the lobby for a 10-piece chicken dinner. There was only one other customer inside when I got there. Horrible wait times. I am very disappointed because the person making chicken is doing it perfectly. Service times need to get better.

Super nice people. I had to wait for chicken tenders to be made fresh. Not a problem. Love freshness and I got free yummy frozen drink!! Sweethearts!!!

Saturday March 23, 24....11.20am....food was cold! Very hard hard biscuits, crumbled soon as I tried to separate..like yesterday night batch...the ones they make jokes about very hard. Half full macaroni and cold. Dining area closed with children in it. The pieces of chicken were the opposite of what I asked. Girl who took order was polite

High five to tge people who do work,trying to make a living. Corporate doesn't pay well enough to get a solid crew and maintained building. This location has a KFC across from them. Same thing not enough employees. I left KFC to come here because the cashier was too busy getting the drive thru orders but never greeted me or say she'll but with me any minute. This Popeyes dining area is closed because the restrooms are not in working order. No sign on the door saying drive thru only.

Great experience at this popeyes. I ordered a 16pc family meal and was asked to wait few extra minutes for fresh chicken to come up and I glady waited. Food was awesome and service was great.
