Usually not the person to give a bad review because stuff happens but DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED FOR YOUR MONEY!!I came here to eat a quick dinner with my sister in law and got overcharged x2 for what we ordered. I ordered the bistec a la mexicana which was $14 on the menu and a coke, and she just ordered a small rice beans and a coke (approx $8)when we went to pay she said the total ($38 something) and i immediately thought something was wrong. i decided to just wait for the receipt.. i got the receipt and i was charged for a carne asada dinner (22.99) and a quesadilla dinner (11.99). i told the cashier this is not what i ordered and she immediately said ok let me get someone to help. she brought our waitress over and she told us that it adds up to the same items of what we got. i told her theres no way it adds up because the carne asada is almost $10 more than what i ordered and my SIL just got rice and beans but no quesadillas? it just made NO sense for it to add the same. then she proceeded to tell us that the menus are old and the price hasnt been updated on the menu????? the menus are BRAND new ive been there in the past and the menus are newer and the condition of the menus is also basically BRAND NEW. instead of wasting my time arguing since they had so many excuses up their sleeves i decided to just leave and not waste my time there anymore. Horrible, theres no way the prices went up THAT much for what we ordered even if the menus were “old and outdated”. Terrible business, do not recommend.

This place has terrible service. They get your order wrong. I was at the drive- thru at 11:30 pm and no one was there to take the order so I called just to get someone to answer and say that they were closed. I told them your sign says 12:00 am and she just said they had to clean before they close.

Absolutely terrible food and terrible service. Since we are from out of town we placed an order for delivery through Grubhub to our hotel. We ordered a bunch of tacos (11 to be exact), 4 small quesadillas and a drink. Before fees our order totaled around $70. After opening up our order we discovered that all but 3 of the tacos were the wrong ones, the quesadillas were wrong and we were missing our sides. I called the restaurant to see if they could fix the issue and send us out new food. The woman on the phone first told me that to fix the issue i would have to drive all the way to their location to bring them the order. Then she told me that her kitchen didn't screw anything up as her cooks told her "they made it right". Then she refused to have a new order sent to us. We ended up eating our food and on top of the order being wrong, the food was AWFUL! I mean, really really bad. The only thing that was halfway decent was the horchata, which was clearly from a powdered mix. I will never be ordering from here again. Absolutely terrible and pathetic. Places like this give restaurants a bad name.

The service was great but the food wasn't. Ask for a steak burrito and they gave me some ground beef burrito and it was bland. It had no flavor whatsoever.. I do not recommend this restaurant it will not go back.

Ordered over the phone, when I went to pick it up they almost forgot my drink until I reminded them about it AFTER they charged me. Get back to my car and they gave me just a torta instead of a torta dinner like I ordered. Went back in to get the rest of my food and they literally dump the frijoles and rice together in one Styrofoam container. Not coming back, that's for sure.
Females at night given big attitude to the driver every time & not welling to help us at all! I have talk to the manager before he do nothing about it I really don’t have time to come to deal with their attitude this is business and should be nice to everyone & every time I come in this place the give me hard time at night only and how they are going tell me to confirm the order and is not ready come on where is the Service.

I went today 01/26/2024 at night to order food through the drive-thru and I had the worst experience with the lady who was taking the orders, her name is Josefina... who is not the only one because others are also the same .. but the truth and sincerely what a terrible attitude this lady showed…. It seems that she hates working there… The lady is sarcastic and arrogant... the truth is that she ruined my night... I love the food but with that treatment I don't think I will return and I know that maybe the owners don't even care but with that type of employees treating the Customers this way will not return anymore….. talk to the ladies who are in charge of the drive-thru to at least pretend and be patient, if not look for another job where they do not have to lead with the public…

Ohhhh where to begin. I looove the location on Bridgeview. The chicharron is so damn delicious and having you want more so you don't finish your meal. I ALWAYS order some to go. I have been here so many times over the last 10years I can't even count. I have even taken off work just to go for lunch... Ssshhh! I travel from Romeoville for this location it's The Best! The service is phenomenal-attentive, quick and polite. The salsa, elotes, arrachera, tacos.. just everything. I've had so many items on the menu I've never had a bad experience or meal. Done in or to go Ive never had a complain

Went there on a business trip with a coworker. Food was fine was told by the waitress when I went to pay that they do not split checks and that I should of told them before I ordered that we were paying seperate and then pointed to a small sign behind the register saying they don’t split checks. I tried informing the waitress I was paying with a company card and our company does not allow you to pay for other people’s meals for expense report pouroises she did not care lol. I found it really weird that they wouldn’t ask before taking an order if it’s all together or separate as is common practice in this industry especially with a policy like that. They weren’t willing to accommodate me in any form or fashion with a very reasonable request and the music was very loud
