Don't get me wrong the staff was very friendly fast and courteous but the food maybe it's just me but the special order that I like it wasn't good at all I have to tell the waitress to take it back and I got my money back

I’ve ordered from Thai Twin many many times and the food always delicious and my orders have always been correct.

I love this place. It's my go to Thai food place. The food is always great, and made with fresh ingredients. I think it's a family run business. It's a small shop but I have always been met by friendly staff. Usually order an extra peanut sauce because it's so good

Disappointing. Very generous portions but pad Thai was almost all noodles. Was a bit too sweet with low quality chicken. Very minimal green onions or anything other than noodles. I should have known when they said it only took 10 minutes to prepare. Too bad

I have no problem putting a mask on to place an order, they don't have any at the restaurant. Just Learn how to ask nicely, have a basic customer service and learn how to talk to people. This place has s horrible customer service or the owner has the wrong employee at the wrong position. I kept it professional and left.

HIDDEN GEM ALERT***. I always get warm and fuzzy when I find a hidden gem in a area I wouldn't expect. This smaller place with just a few tables usually has a single person manning the register and tables while someone's grandmother turns out dish after dish of authentic Thai dishes. She has no help, she needs no help. I absolutely love this place that is a short drive from my job on the southwest side. I haven't been disappointed yet. So I actually live on Argyle in the city with no shortage of Thai and Vietnamese restaurants, however I make Thai Twin my weekly indulgence. If you are in the area give this place a try!

wasn't open? so i was SOOO excited to try this place! i came with my friend on a tuesday at noon, and the door was completely locked! we walked around the building to try and find another door, but to no avail. there was another one, but it was also locked. that's ... within business hours, so we were really perplexed. sooo disappointing bc i was genuinely really looking forward to this :(

The BEST pad Thai hands down in the Chicagoland area, the flavors are so authentic and amazing. I thought the Thai place by my house had good food but this place is 10 times better. Be aware, the spicy is SPICY but I like it, it might be too much if you are into mild spice. Don't hesitate to stop here, you won't regret it!

Edit: It seems Thai twin has changed ownership, again, maybe for the 3rd time since we started coming here. It's really not as good anymore, though still better than the other thai places around. I keep craving Thai twin but they've changed recipes or don't cook as good (sorry) so my craving isnt satisfied when we've ordered, the Panang Curry in particular, used to be much thicker and flavorful and now its thin and like there's a depth of flavor that is missing from everything. Also sorry but not quite as friendly as before at least for pickup. Oh well guess it's Indian food for us until we find a new favorite thai place.---I directly pass two thai places much closer to me to get to Thai Twin because it is so worth the drive! I am so happy to have found this place. The employees are always sweet and friendly. I want to branch out and try more things on the menu but our usual is just so good it's hard to change! I mean the chicken satay isn't just the best chicken satay I've ever had, It's some of the best chicken I've had in my life period. And the prices are super reasonable. I like try to go overboard and order lots of left overs and the total is always still reasonable. I try my hardest to be conservative when I order at other thai places and am still shocked at how much it ends up costing.

The food is good and is actually prepared by people from Thailand. We enjoyed the two dishes that we ordered. The prices are reasonable. The only downside is the dining area. It looks a little gritty. I would recommend the restaurant.

So clean, friendly, pretty darn authentic. I love this place . Today's chicken shrimp glass noodle salad was perfection.

Food and service was excellent! We had the red curry and fried rice and was delicious! Generous portions. We will definitely come back!
