I came in during lunch time to get myself a early lunch. I put my order in and was waiting on my meal and heard a manager talking rudely and disrespectful to the staff. I was extremely disappointed by the way she put the associate down. I noticed she had a horrible attitude and not the type of management you should have there. The manager I'm speaking of is Shana. Nasty attitude and poor customer service...

Hello, good afternoon, this day I went to the restaurant to buy my breakfast and when I entered I found that the employee was touching her cell phone with her gloves on and she also returned to her work station. So I let the manager know what I had seen and the manager just told him that she will change her gloves, without giving an apology for what happened and she still gave us a bad service attitude, however I always maintained my humble attitude by saying thank you. for everything and always being kind at all times.

I usually love this location, but then again I always patronize in the morning. Just left this evening and the food was trash!! The burger was cold and tasteless and the baconator fries were old and or refried. A total waste of money. I should've went across the street to White Castle. I even tried giving my meal to Ricky Da Raccoon and He didn't even want it. Count your days Wendy, that food was an abomination. Tear the whole establishment down and replace it with a Sonic or a Portillos.

don't go at night when mostly suburban teenager employees working there, they are goofing around and getting your order wrong on purpose giggling when they hand out your order, happend to me twice at night and not giving it another chance...

Shout out the employee "Jazzie" manning the drive thru and still being nice, courteous and efficient. Breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. I'll definitely be back. My fur kid loved the potato wedges. Plus the condiments and napkins ?????
