Man when I discovered this pizza in 2023 it was amazingly delicious and it continues to be just that. If you like to eat pizza, you cannot go wrong here. I love the pepperoni they use. I always add extra. Just keep in mind it’s not a dine in place. Strictly curbside or in store pickup. People are always nice and it’s always clean.

Do not order delivery from here… their dashers do not deliver the food and then they charge you for the order. This store location hides behind “it’s a third party.” Then don’t refund if the order was never delivered.

We've ordered here before and they always use to over estimate and deliver before the time. The last couple times we've ordered they've added over an hour to the original estimate, and then still can't deliver. DO NOT ORDER HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THIS .

Order a medium stuffed and medium thin crust on monday, not only it was 51 dollars the pizza barely had sauce very disappointed. Not planing on going back to Lou Manatis.

Recently the delivery driver did not follow instructions and had an attitude problem when explaining he was refusing to deliver as instructed.I gave a good tip for the short drive and expected contactless delivery as paid for and requested. I don't like the current system where I have to tip before delivery, this last delivery person didn't deserve one. They seemed inebriated.I answered the request to review my order email and I notified the restaurant of the failure of their delivery person and they said they would contact me but it's been two weeks and nothing but silence. I've reached out 3 times.Someone finally called me but refused to identify themselves.I wouldn't order here again.

My pizza-loving family visited the Chicago area and looked forward to a real Chicago deep dish having loved it from a past visit. I researched “best deep dish pizzas” and Lou Malnati’s seemed to be on many lists and this one was near our VRBO so we gave them a try. Our overall reaction: “meh”. This pie was just too runny and filled with mostly tomato-y paste than the thicker, gooey and cheesier pie that I recall from our Giordano’s pizza. We wish we would’ve order from that place.

In all honesty, the food is not the problem here. I've coming here twice, and the main man working the register has such bad body odor. He smells horrific. It's turning me off on wanting to order food here. Because if he is also handling the food. I fear that I'm going to get sick. Well I do get sick when I smell him ringing me out for 30 seconds. So I can imagine what kind of hygiene he has and he's handling the food. It's absolutely disgusting.
