They always overload cream in my coffee even if I emphasize NOT to do it.If we pay well for a decent coffee, why not to have it right?

Really great baristas that seem to enjoy their customers, coworkers, and job! That makes for a pleasant environment. The drinks are consistently good. However, the bento box was a bit on the skimpy side, and I feel like the quality has dropped. The turkey pesto provolone on ciabatta was mostly ciabatta.Parking: Large Target lot!

The male worker at 5pm June 25 was rude. I understand he mighta been having a bad day but not serving customers in correct order and that people can see he was bosun visibly frustrated ain't great.

The worker Iran spit in my drink and dipped her bloody tampon in my frap. It was so good and tasty. When you go make sure you ask for the Iran special?

The barristas here are usually nice always get my order right. But still a hit or miss here.I was told today very rudely I have to tell the barista I want to use my points before putting my order.I’ve never had a problem before no one has ever told me this. I told the lady making my drink thank you twice did not look at me. Very disappointing

Food was good but service was not. I asked for a receipt but did not receive it. I asked again once my order was complete but wad told it was too late because another order had been placed. There were receipts on the register from previous orders but was told my receipt was not among them. How could this be? Then the one that could my orderctold the server, "she didn't ask for one" which was not true. So I guess I have to shout next time to be heard.

Usually my favorite place to go to and every employee I have came in contact with has always been so kind and patient but today they got my order wrong (understandable) but when I went to tell the employee giving me my drink , another employee who was a white male who had taken my order basically yelled at me and told me I asked for my drink the way it was given to me. I didn’t say it in a disrespectful way nor was I saying it in a bad way I just simply said it wasn’t what I asked for, would definitely not recommend this place not will I be going back if he’s working there.

I ask for decaf frappucino, and the barista said they don't make decaf frappucino just regular, really? In others Starbucks made me Decaf frappucino ?
