Wings were good and fried hard although I asked for normal; okra was fried too hard, had to drench it in sauce to soften them up.

This restaurant is right around the corner from my house. It’s hot or miss with them. Sometimes they get the order right, most times they don’t. The cashiers always seem to have an attitude. Very unprofessional. I spent $25 on 2 chicken dinners and the business wouldn’t even give me a bag to carry my food.

The girl at the window taking orders is so unprofessional it's crazy if you don't like ur job don't work there that simple.. told her what I wanted 2 times then she says you want chicken wings I said yes a 6 piece saucy then with a attitude she's say are u done I say no if u give me a minute I'll tell u my order add a 4p wing also now that's it.. I'll never come to the one on Roosevelt agn. The one downtown Chicago is better in my opinion

Our food is usually good and fresh but this last pan of chicken taste terrible. It seem like it was old refried chicken. The okra even tasted bad.

Good service here is non existent. I placed a pick up order for 2:20pm and when I got there at 3:13pm they didn't have my order ready. They had to go find it in their old a** system. The fat "cook" has an unnecessary nonchalant attitude for no reason I know you a chicken maker for a living but damn. It's not my fault
The chicken was kinda Fishy smelling and had a film on the in between layer under the breading on top of the skin, was weird and yucky we trashed the Family Pan … the fried okra was very hard aBut the fries and sauce was tasty.

I ordered wings from hear fried hard, it took them 5 minutes to get my order to me, how is that fried hard? it was re fried not cooked to order, I would never go back to this Uncle Reamus or their other locations, they also skimp on the sauce and a bit over priced for wings.
