Had a breakfast date here and got the chicken and waffle, hubby got the protein skillet and we both got hot chocolate. It was so good! J was our server and she was so sweet. She even reheated out hot coco and put more whipp cream and sprinkles on top! The Cafe is women owned and super cute and nice!
First time at Axel's. The staff is excellent - friendly, helpful - and the atmosphere is lively and cheerful. The food was so good. Our kids had chicken tenders that actually looked and tasted like chicken. Our table enjoyed a variety of breakfast and lunch plates that were all delicious. My one complaint would be how long it took to get our food. Fortunately, the kids were occupied and the server kept our coffee cups full, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Setting: clean, comfortable and smiling employees Menu: expansive and interesting Delivery: attentive, prompt and knowledgeable Taste: loved my South if the Border Bennies, my wife LOVED her Chilaquiles, and my son devoured his Oreo Pancakes. Can't think of anything to criticize. It was a comfortable and satisfying experience.
