Buffalo Grove, IL., Boston Market is the most rundown, disgusting excuse for a restaurant that I have ever been in, in suburban lake county, Illinois. The level of uncleanliness, the unprofessionalism in operation, and the unsanitary conditions I have witnessed make me question whether or not it is even safe to eat in this pit of a restaurant. Unless you plan on traumatizing your children with memories of a stench filled, filthy bathroom, I would not recommend bringing them here, and I definitely would not recommend eating here. I think the Illinois department of public health needs to inspect this restaurant and shut it down.

I've been here twice, both times I ordered online for pickup (they have better deals and family meals online which they don't offer in store ordering) and my order was correct both times, the food was up to their standards and mine. $50 fed four of us with left overs. The staff was friendly and helpful

I ordered the three piece dark meat chicken meal on Uber Eats and it was inedible. It must’ve been cooking for at least a day on a half because the skin was too tough to chew. Not to mention we requested silverware and was told by our driver that the staff denied us silverware for no reason. I am pregnant and literally could not eat this chicken because I was scared it would make me ill, even the underneath part of the chicken was grey and deformed. Terrible experience

Horrible customer service on their national $3.70 chicken promotion day Corporate promotion each person is allowed 2 chickens, this store only allowed one chicken per customer Ok no big deal They definitely didn't like this promotion n rude to customers coming in for this deal A customer asked for his chicken to be cut in quarters, the guy w strong Mexican ascent mockingly repeatedly said extra $3 ok extra $3 ok n then told him to put the money in the tip box Chicken was good But not worth it to be belittled by the staff

They are not worth any stars. I get it it's Thanksgiving. They are completely unorganized. I witness a manager and an employee get loud at each other. I will never be coming back again. I just asked for a couple turkey pieces. I asked the employee for juice in the turkey pieces he said we don't have any juice. Really

I ordered what I thought would be a wonderful Boston Market catered Thanksgiving meal. We had a full house and we wanted to enjoy family with a newborn and her cousins, aunts, and uncles. We paid 40 dollars for delivery and setup, and a generous 90 dollar tip. The ordered was dropped off by Door Dash earlier than expected. Not only was setup not provided, the delivery person handed the person who answered the door a box and left. When the box was opened, we were missing 2 trays of chicken which would have served 20, 1 tray of corn, 1 tray of stuffing, and 1 tray of mashed potatoes. After multiple phone calls and hours of waiting for a call back from a supervisor, I called again Friday morning. I am told it may be 5 to 10 days before I get a call back and no money will be refunded at this time. Needless to say, I am fuming. I have been crying non-stop because I ruined Thanksgiving by trusting Boston Market with my holiday.

Great food. Especially like the meatloaf & the sweet potato side dish.

love the meatloaf. Not many choices on side anymore...although they still had a good Mac and cheese

Mediocre, food has dramatically gone downhill. Dirty inside also. Food was cold and tasted off. Mac and cheese is not what is used to be.. cheese is just a slimy thin liquid sauce with overcooked noodles

First order was poor quality, gave it a second chance. Second order was also a poor quality but with missing items. Never ordering from there again.

No drive through..But its a free-standing building. Very odd.Get a drive through, they have them at Boston’s in other states so I just assumed you would. But its raining so I’m going to just leave without going in… just wanted to leave this note. ?

My order was ready when it was supposed to be and was as ordered. Our food was great. Easter was saved, thanks!

I think this BM location is really in the brink of closing due to poor management. As a customer-facing business, you have to be consistent and accurate when you open and close the store. If it opens at 11 am, it means you are open to the public at 11 AM. This location was closed when it was supposed to be open. Stopped by today after so-so experiences in the past because I want to support the business but when I stopped by today, the employee said they open in 5 minutes. This means a. the employees are late preparing the food in time for opening, and b. management is probably not paying ppl enough to be early to prepare. I left. From other reviews, store is closed at other times, too. So, when are you exactly open? Customers don't stop by anymore because of this. Too bad as I order take out all the time and this is off the list. I don't know know how it says 4 stars as rating as I saw a lot of 1 star reviews here.
