I ordered combination lo mein noodles. It was supposed to come with beef, chicken and shrimp. I got two shrimp a few pieces of chicken and they used pork instead of beef. I don't eat pork and didn't have time to go back since I was on my lunch break.

Most of the food I had here was simply bland and no flavor. The only thing that somewhat tasted like Chinese food was the eggplant with garlic sauce. And please, all these American Chinese restaurants should stop cooking whatever this crap is and calling it Kung Pao Chicken. Such an insult.

The best sea food to take out. Always fast and friendly. I love their mussels and shrimps in garlic butter sauce mild spicy, and complimentary rice and fortune cookies. Thank you!

Sub Par. They were okay (3 out of 5) the first two times we ordered. The third time was gross. Unfortunately, we cannot find a decent Chinese restaurant in Buffalo Grove.

Food is good. They definitely use fresh ingredients. The last few orders had incorrect or missing items when delivered, otherwise I’d give 4 stars.

Great falafels. Good French fries. This place is great in my book.

Absolutely divine dinner with fabulous service. I’d absolutely go back and would highly recommend this for a date night, dinner for friends, birthday celebration or any special occasion.

I work down the street from Chinn's for about 20 years and tried to have lunch there every opportunity. It was such a bargain and the food was so delicious. I don't think the fish could've been fresher if you would've had the meal on the coast or in Hawaii. the prices have gone up a bit so lunch is not quite the bargain used to be, but then again, everybody's prices are gone up I especially like the grouper, and on the rare occasion what I feel like splurging split the crab with my granddaughter.

Chinn's has become one of my favorite restaurants after moving to the area. I think I'm addicted to their cherry sauce that comes with the lo mein noodles! It's so good, and was an unexpected love that came with them. I always appreciate a familiar food that helps me remember good times with good people, and every time I order from here, it reminds me of that goodness. Thank you :)

Reviewing it as a seafood place.Chinn's Seafood could use some heavy improvement. Entering in, you can tell it's a hole in the wall. There's seating but it's only if you're waiting for the meal. I had the 1lb seafood order of flounder and mussels, each with a different sauce. They both came with maybe one quartered potato and two quarters of corn - there's a heavy portion of seafood which is always exciting to see, but it's quite unfortunate when the food falls short from a lack of seasoning in the food itself rather than its sauce.I wish the mussels were cooked a little longer. That would have helped pull that extra mound of meat off easier. The sauces themselves were not finger licking good either. The garlic butter sauce was weaker than Papa John's included butter sauce, if that shows anything. Some parts of the dishes were seasoned well, others not as much. For today's spice level, I had mild and medium, both of which felt the same. I guess I'll try spicy next time.Like the mussels, the flounder was about what you can expect. It felt like the fish wasn't seasoned before breading, and the expectation is that you dip the fish into the seasoned sauce to enjoy. It was strange to not see the flounder in other parts of the Chinese entrees in there as well. The broccoli was a nice touch, but it all comes down to cutting the quality of the dish by prioritizing speed. Upsetting.Edit: Also, don't bother getting their coupon from the website. You can guarantee yourself a stale set of dry, sketchy technically edible wings that were pulled out of the fridge and reheated for service like I did.

Pretty decent crawfish, the sauce is best with corn or potatoes. The only thing that would make it better, is if they could add more crawfish in 1lbs.

Dependably average. Nothing will knock you out. Also, as good as the "fish boil" looks, it falls short. If you are craving an egg roll, some hot and sour, you won't be utterly disappointed, but this is not a place anyone will Rave over.
