My husband and I got sandwiches for dinner last night, the only thing we ate. Both of us woke up in the middle in the night with FOOD POISONING! It has been the most miserable 13 hours of our lives and we are still hurting bad. We both have horrible stomach aches, major diarrhea, non stop nausea and vomiting. Either the surface counters were cross-contaminated or there is E. coli in the lettuce as we had completely different items. BE CAREFUL, I DO NOT WISH THIS PAIN UPON ANYONE!!!

Super gross store and when making my sandwich they had my meat and my bread touching the disgusting counter I wanted to walk out right there but I have never been confrontational. Looking at the meat slicer there is no way they have cleaned it at all today and I couldn’t stomach actually eating the sandwich plus the guy cutting the meat reeked of cigarettes?

Waiting in line for at least 10 minutes and line has not moved. The workers are only addressing on line orders and don't care about the people in store.

Was part of lunchtime Friday rotation. However, a 45 minute wait time for a mobile order is unreal. Food is fresh and good. But there are other choices that will allow for faster turnaround. In store order would have been faster

The gentleman helping me ALWAYS talks non stop, super close and right over the food while making the sandwich. You can tell he’s a great employee, but I just wanted to get in and out. Honestly, I paid for the sandwich and decided not to eat it. Please coach the staff and let them know it’s important to stay arms length away from the sub while interacting with the customer.

This is literally the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever seen! The loud mouth manager is a wreck and his poorly trained employees are a direct result of his incompetence. I’ve watched this place go down hill real fast! They have no idea what they are doing, the sandwiches are poorly made, and the place is becoming a pigsty. I wouldn’t doubt if there are rats and roaches at this place, probably the last time I’ll ever eat at this place again. HORRIBLE!!!

went there today at 1:00 pm to pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 12:48. Had never been there before. Long line of people waiting around.went to counter and rude adult male stated I was to close to counter and they would call by name when order was ready. Young girl asked me my name I told her and while this rude male adult was telling me I was to close to the counter she brought me the order. Adult male was a complete Idiot and should not be dealing with customers. To many other sub companies. I will not be going back to jersey mikes.

The service was lacking. The guy slicing the deli meat did not even slice it properly and gave a half pieces of meat instead of a fully sliced piece. When I asked him to do a better job of it he just snickered and kept going. When it came to adding the vegetables he barely put any onions on it and tried to skimp on everything that they were putting on. Will not be coming here again if they're expecting me to pay for a full sandwich yet skimping on everything.

Was going tell the guy that my sandwiches from earlier(45min prior) that I ordered for my self and husband was great, but he was too quick to throw the doordash order I was picking up at me that I couldn't even tell him ?

Ordered on line with the app and for the second time at this location the order was not correct. Two subs were ordered. It's as if when preparing the order they didn't look at what was indicated. One of the subs had mustard and hot peppers and on the wrong bread. The person was not able to eat the sandwich as they are allergic to mustard. The other sub, which called for mustard didn't have it. Sorry to say that I tipped them for the service. I will not place an on line order with this store again.

Been visiting various Jersey Mike's locations recently , but this was my first visit to this particular spot. Stopped by around 11AM on a Sunday morning, but the place appeared to be dark and closed. Went to door to verify if they were open or not, and I saw some of the interior lights on. Opened door to see two employees just sitting there, so I asked if they were open. Response was a heavy sigh and a "Yeah, why?". They eventually took my order and started processing it. They had to ask twice more about details of what I ordered, which was just a sandwhich on wheat bread. Not terrible service per se, but they didn't seem keen on doing much actual work. Sandwhich was fresh and pretty well done. Good quality ingredients and great taste to my chicken bacon ranch sub. Price was reasonable for quality of food, but it was overpriced if you count the quality of service.
