Asked for a cup of sauce with my order through drive thru, employees forgot it, when I came inside for it they wanted to charge me for it. Inside was a mess, sticky floors, bugs in bakery box, classic Bear Family
I went here in the drive thru to order my fish which was crispy and hot , I like it like that, unlike some of the other locations which would still serve a warm ,soggy, oily fish , the fries was cooked hot to satisfy, the cashier was friendly with my order although the manager could have smiled more , I don't know maybe having a hard day I understand, overall good experience here

Bear family restaurants are awful, the people working there have no interest in their customers. Half the time I would say they are on drugs. Bear family restaurants need to reevaluate their work force . I don't go to their restaurants anymore. Neither should you.
