The customer service at this establishment is awful, but the food is decent. They messed up my order by giving me the wrong dish on my lunch order I called them when I got back home and saw the mistake. They wanted me to drive back and pick up the correct one. I told them that was not possible. The stated they wouldn't credit me but I would have a credit to order another lunch special. When I tried to get me credit they stated that since it was Sunday I could not get a lunch special. Seriously! You mess up an order. You refuse to credit. Then when the customer tries to collect you state it isn't the lunch special hours?Follow Up even worse: So, I called back during a lunch time to redeem my free lunch special. They told me now that I am not entitled to the free lunch special because it isn't marked in their computer. Hmm... it was there when I called a week ago. Once again, customer service is awful.I am done with this place. I think you can see from the more recent reviews, that their customer service has become a big problem recently. I should note that at least once a month we place an order for about 8 people for dinner that was always $160 or more. So, now they lost a loyal customer for refusing to allow a customer to collect when they messed up.

Wow! The younger waitress has always been RUDE but as we were being seated by her she announced (in a nasty tone) that they would no longer make the gluten free egg foo young that my gluten allergic boyfriend has been getting from there for YEARS! It was the only thing he wanted for his birthday dinner today and had been looking forward to it. We will NEVER go there again. I just read another person’s review and they are suing this place for not listing a common allergen (shell fish) that is in all of their sauces now.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to this place. You will be “greeted” in a way that will leave you in a a bad mood. That waitress needs to get out of any profession that requires interaction with other people!

I ordered eggrolls, figuring it would be the eggrolls with the shrimp and the pork in it however, it was some kind of ground up mush. I tried to call them and they can’t call me back, but they never did so I guess I won’t be ordering from them anymore. Also, I ordered Odun noodles and I got Thin noodles and once in the past I ordered and it seemed like the food orange chicken was stale because the meat was really hard

My father has been going to this restaurant for many many years, along with the rest of my family including my grandparents. What we didn't know is that this place has been under new management a total of three times. My dad ordered Kung Pao Chicken and not even a minute after his first bite, his throat started closing up and he went into anaphylactic shock. He is allergic to shell fish and he did not order anything involving that. I called them in a frantic and wanted a refund on the food that I bought for him and what they told me was ALL OF THEIR SAUCE HAS SHELL FISH IN IT WHICH WAS NEVER THE CASE BEFORE. Not only was the lady on the phone an absolutely nasty, but the shellfish aspect of the sauce is not listed anywhere. We will be moving forward with legal action as there is no food allergen information on the menu which is the law in illinois. I hope this place gets shut down once we open a case.

Never again! This was my first and the last time ordering food from this place! Horrible! Horrible taste. I paid $40 for the meal I would pay $10 in Panda Express. They need to learn how to cook from Panda Express! Believe me, I know how real Chinese food should taste. Panda is just a fast food place, I know, but comparing to Golden Dragon - OMG! Panda Express is a luxury place!

we haven't been to the NEW Golden Dragon in about 20 years we thought we give it a try, came in ordered our food I ordered orange chicken my wife ordered another chicken dish, wife order the white rice. I ordered the fried rice when the food came I tasted the fried rice it was terrible. It was the worst fried rice I've ever eaten, and when I called the manager, she would not change it. She wanted to charge us, so just beware the food was fair we will not be going back .
