Really bad service. Staff won't even bother to ask you if you want order. I had online order when aksed they said will be with you shortly. Waited for 10 minutes. When my order was ready in the back 20 minutes ago.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PANERA! Manager was very rude ….messed up my order then gave my new order to someone else and then didn’t apologize but just took their time to make it again. No customer service whatsoever from everyone working there. Worst experience ever.

I love this Panera location, Order is always correct, large portions and they don't skimp on ingredients (Been to a few other Paneras where I had to search for the spinach and Avocado on my sandwich and it seemed to be all bread) . Very friendly and helpful service as well

Panera is without a soul facility. No contact with staff. Patrons sit with computers and screens. A person comes in to greet a customer and quickly leaves without purchase.
I spent $25 on Panera lunch today just for it to taste absolutely horrible. First, my order was made wrong. I had to go back into the drive-through. Then, I’m eating my food and it taste like garbage. The soup the salad the macaroni. Why am i paying almost $30 for lunch for it to taste so horrible. They gave me a free pastry for my inconvenience but other than that, It was absolutely terrible.

Have called on short notice TWICE, needing to get breakfast catered for a business event. Krysten has assisted me both times and made it happen! She was extremely patient and showed she cared. So thankful for the great service and food ?

The apple today was rotten inside. Nasty - usually fine, 9/10 fine, this one the core was rotten. All the way to 3/4 inces from outside to the center.They forgot the salad? dressing 1/5 times. Other 4 times came with so no bad review 4 uTheres no left turn in. Have to go to car-x and do a u-turn basically. Pull in the bank closer to car-x and it loops threw to panera bread. ? ? ? ?
