Drive thru is never open when I come in the afternoon. Food quality is good though. App ordering is nice.

The sandwiches were nice but most of the lettuce in mine was rotten (see pictures) I can't believe that someone is making this sandwiches and doesn't see the rotten lettuce, or worse, sees it and still proceeds to place it in the sandwiches. I see why they have a low rating. I don't think I'll visit again, I would not send food back for fear of them spitting on my food, so I removed the lettuce and ate the sandwich. I think I'll rather go to Burger King, I've never found rotten lettuce in their sandwiches.

So many problems with this Panera- 1) the drive thru is a parking lot (and is closed half the time). Instead of having people with massive orders go around to the front and get their order brought to their car, they have them sit by the window waiting. I've been late to work a couple of times because I got stuck in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes. Once had the man behind me get out of his car and go talk to the employees because it was taking so long for the rest of us to get a cup on coffee. Especially bad Tuesdays when people are picking up their discounted baker's dozen in the drive thru. I have started avoiding the drive thru altogether. 2) the manager is RUDE. Had an issue with my order not being ready and got an exasperated "you can see we're busy so we just don't have time" or something of the sort. Didn't provide any follow up and some minutes later threw my order on the pick up counter with "here". The only reason I keep coming to this location is because it's on the way and I pop INSIDE (Not the drive thru) and use the kiosk to get my own cup of coffee. It's great when I serve myself!

This Panera was good when it opened and now it is another one with poor execution on the food and my rapid pick up took 15 minutes. Ordered an bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with one half piece of bacon, not even a whole piece lol.

Second time at this location . First time my husband accidentally picked up the wrong pizza & the Mgr was so rude about it . Today my cream of chicken soup was so watered down . We will stick to the Mount Prospect location .

Best Panera ever!! Great service, clean facility, cozy vibes, and great portions of good and clean food. I used to only come here maybe once a month because for a while the portions were too small and not worth the price. But recently something changed and everything is so much better and I come here weekly now. Love it!

Great location. Nice layout. Clean store. Great people work there. Very nice. Order is customized easly. Wish they had more on the sandwiches. But it's corporate controlled. Always free. Prices everyplace are high. This place is clean and friendly helpful people work here. I was going to give 4 stars because I wish sandwiches had more or better prices. But 5 stars for the people working there and clean store.

After being open for over two years, This Panera still runs out of bread bowls every single day??? It’s absolutely maddening!!!
I debated posting this but I can not believe how rude the server was tonight. My daughter and I walked in at 815pm after her soccer practice to a bite to eat. We both order and the server was rolling his eyes at us for eating in and not to go. Overall the food was as expected but this particular server was not pleasant. Two stars is right. Be careful

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Panera bread. I got a fly in my coffee and i found it when i was sipping the coffee (yikes). I'm worried about the sanity and service provided to all the customers at this store. No response from the management (Matt Cluchey) when i reported this incident. Thank you ruining my experience.

This Panera bread location never fails to be the absolute worst location around. I get the same meal every time I come here, the Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken. The grains are ALWAYS uncooked and they always forget to put this one sauce that usually comes with it. They're good at remembering to put my hummus on the side and take out the olives per my request but that does not make up for their uncooked grains and COLD chicken. I wish I could give this location 0 stars.

Found debris in my coffee that I ordered from drive-thru. Managers answer do you want a refund or you can get a new cup from the counter? It's not the fact that I found a debris that angers me more it's her attitude! Get a new manager Panera
